We have stayed in this appartment with my family (6 adults + 3 kids) for 6 nights during end of the year holidays. The appartmeney is pretty big. There are 2 huge bedrooms, and one smaller bedroom. There is also a small living room where we could spend time together. The kitchen equipement was pretty pretty badic. We were surprised to find a bunch of plastic spoons and forks (instead of real ones) when we arrived - impossible to cook anything with no knife and no spoon or fork. Event cooking pasta was complicated. However, Massimo was very comprehensive and 2 days after we had a set of real knifes so that we could cook our dinner and eat it with normal forks (even if 7 of us had to share 5 forks). Being able to cook was an important point for us since we were travelling with kids (babies), and it is not always easy to go out in the evening with young kids. The internet is not very fast, but sufficient if you just need to plan your sightseeing program for the next day or consult your emails. Looks like that the appratment has beed renovated recently. Beddings are comfortable. Massimo even organised to baby cots at our request. Everything is clean and safe enough. It was another important point for us travelling with babies who try to touch evrything and climb everywhere. There have been some heating problems during our stay, but the owner found some temporary solution, so we didn't feel cold during our stay (except the first night). Massimo has always been reachable in case we had any problem. He has also organised 3 transfers for us from airpot to the appartment since we were arriving from different places at different times. The only thing was the communication about the pricing of the transfer: instead of announced 40 euros my mom and my sister had to pay 50 euros. And me and my family had to pay 65 instead of 55. We've got a van for 2 adults and 2 kids (one of them a baby under 1yo). However, a normal car (as long as it is not fiat punto) would be enough. Apparently there were some communication problems with the driver who didn't get all the instructions. In any case I would have appreciated to get clear instructions about the transfer pricing depending on the travelling time, and a number of passengers beforehand, rather than having a last minute unpleasant surprise. Besided that we had a fine stay in the appartment - Vatican is just next door and the historical center is in 15 minutes walking distance.

Response from Massimo:
Yes, we didn't be noticed that the spoons knives and fork were not there anymore, because there were before. Probably some previous guest needed it. In fact i was very surprised when they asked me about these things, because i remember there were in the apartment but the cleaning women didn't noticed this to us. We're sorry and we're gonna check it out all the things in the house to be sure for the next guests. The thing about changing place to the rooms is interesting but we have to understand if this could be possible in terms of noise, tranferring a bedroom too close the entry door.
