Nestled on a sunny hill top, 5 minutes from Milton township, Narawallee & Mollymook beaches.The house is on 5 acres facing north with views over prime dairy farms to the ocean & inlet. Bask on the large verandah.

At the end of a private road, it is very peaceful and private as there are no immediate neighbours (apart from twelve sheep and their new lambs) to break the serenity: a perfect escape from the busy city. While at the same time being so close to Milton township and two beautiful beaches!
There are five bedrooms and three bathrooms. There are two king rooms, one queen room, one single room, and one room with two single beds. Perfect for one or two families,the extended family, or for nine friends!!
The studio can be closed off from the main part of the house to accommodate one to two couples at a reduced rate whilst still enjoying exclusive use of Seaview, please enquire.
Recently renovated with polished timber floor boards a granite kitchen, Miele appliances and beautifully appointed. It has reverse cycle air conditioning and a slow combustion wood fire with a complimentary wheel barrow load of wood. There is a beautiful large dining table with twelve comfortable chairs.
There are two lounge areas, one with a chaise and ottoman for watching the large flat screen TV and a second lounge with two arm chairs overlooking the view.
The kitchen is well equiped with everything you will need to cook up a gourmet feast! The Miele cook top is gas and oven is electric. There is a Miele dishwasher. There is ample white crockery and plenty of both tall and short glasses and wine glasses. A small pantry is provided with salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar for cleaning the BBQ , paper towel, paper serviettes, tea, instant coffee, and sugar.
There is a large webber BBQ. There are two large outdoor dining tables, each with a large market umbrella.
Linen is provided with beds made up and bath towels, mat, washer, hand towels and tea towels. You just need to bring your own beach towels.
There is a Caffitaly coffee machine. Pods can be purchased from Woolworths.
Seaview is the perfect location to base yourself for weddings at venues such as Cupitts or Bannisters. It is a short taxi ride to either venue and there is a shuttle bus service that can be prearranged.
You are welcome to taste the fruit from the orchard, including a never ending lemon supply, oranges, mandarins, apples and pears.
There is a large video library and books to borrow.
There is a seperate round table for playing cards and other games.
You may decide not to leave the house ! Follow the sun or shade around the house and enjoy the spectacular view. There is plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture for everyone, including a daybed and lots of cushions. It is worth rising early to experience the sunrise over the ocean
and immerse yourself in the birdsong at dawn. Equally awesome is sunset and watching the moon rise over the ocean.
The whole five acres of Seaview Farm and the house is for your exclusive use

You will enjoy total privacy. My husband and I are contactable during your stay to assist you with any queries.
You will be given the key code for the key box at the front door.
Other things to note
There is a large shallow POND in the front garden, young children need to be supervised. There is plenty of lawn for children to play on and explore.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. A late check out is available if prearranged with the owner except for peak in periods where check-out time is strictly 10am to allow time to prepare the property for new guests.
The house is strictly non smoking inside. If smoking outside, please dispose of butts thoughtfully.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
