Nancy is very prompt with responding to booking requests and any messages sent to her. The day before arrival, she will give you thorough and easy to follow instructions, and the day before departure, she will send you a reminder about checkout time and where to leave the key. I mostly communicated with Nancy through Airbnb during my entire stay, and we did not actually meet, but I did call her once and she seemed very nice and helpful.
I stayed in a two bedroom, three person room with a balcony and air conditioning by myself. There are slippers to wear in the apartment upon arrival because street shoes are not allowed to be worn inside. The kitchen has a sink, electric water kettle, refrigerator, and microwave, but no stove. There is a living room area with a TV and couch, and the apartment has good wifi. While I was staying here, I had the apartment to myself for the first night, and I encountered a pair of travelers for the rest of my three night stay. My room is fairly clean, and the building itself might be a bit old.
The apartment building is not obvious to find and it is between a couple of different shops and restaurants. There is a guard for the building that leaves sometime before 6pm, and you will be provided with a key that has a key-fob for after hour access. Xinyi is a good area, and this apartment building is not on a busy pedestrian street, but it is very well lit at night.
Overall, I enjoyed my experience at this Airbnb, and on my next trip to Taiwan, I would consider staying here again. Thanks Nancy!
