Cool, Clean, Crisp. It’s how we like our martinis and how we like our home. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has been renovated and upgraded to highlight its Mid-Century charm. Designed by Hugh Kaptur this approximately 1500 square foot house features stained concrete floors, clerestory windows, and an open floorplan that opens up to the pool and mountain views.
The backyard is a private oasis featuring a salt water pool, built-in BBQ, and fire pit. There are numerous outdoor spaces to enjoy whether you are lounging by the pool, sipping martinis at sunset, or dining al fresca!
Decorated in relaxed Mid-Century style the home features: 50” smart HDTV and Blu-ray player in the living Room and wifi that works great throughout the house and backyard. Each guest room features designer bedding, comfortable beds, and large closets. The master bedroom has an HDTV with cable, an ensuite bathroom, and sliding glass doors that lead to outdoor seating and the pool.
During your stay you will have access to the entire house. The property includes:

•This is not a party house. Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Palm Springs noise ordinances are STRICTLY ENFORCED. This means absolutely NO MUSIC outdoors as per the City of Palm Springs ordinance governing vacation rentals.
•No rentals to anyone under 25 years of age.
•Maximum overnight guest: 6 adults & 2 children – Please note this is STRICTLY ENFORCED.
•No Smoking and No Pets.
•Vacation Property Rental Agreement must be completed and signed within 48 hours of booking.
•All stays under 29 days are subject to City of Palm Springs Occupancy Tax of 11.5%. This tax is NOT included in the quoted rates.
•Rates are higher for holidays, special events, and during high season.
•Holiday weekends are a 3 night minimum
•Optional Pool Heating for $50/day
•Cleaning Fee $205
•Stays over 1 month pay actual utility charges
A Vacation Property Rental Agreement must be completed and signed within 48 hours of booking. Please read all the below conditions of the agreement before booking. This agreement requires:
•Copy of renter’s drivers license
•Name and ages of all guest that will be staying in the home
Agreement to the following:
•Check-in is 3:00pm, Check-out is 11:00am. Early check-in (10 am) or late check-out (5 PM) may be available depending on the home’s rental status. If early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out are requested, notify owners in advance. If available, a $50 early check-in fee and/or $50 late check-out fee will be charged. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out are not guaranteed. Owners will reimburse renter’s any fees paid if we cannot accommodate the Early Check-In/Late Check-Out.
•Swimming Pool heating is $50.00/day which is an actual cost to owners. The pool will be heated to 85F degrees which is an ideal swimming temperature. If heating is elected, the amount should be included with the rental payment.
•If it is determined the pool was heated without owner’s authorization and payment or temperature is adjusted in any way to increase temperature, heating costs will be deducted from security deposit.
•Glass is not allowed by or in the swimming pool or outdoors at any time. If broken glass is found in the swimming pool and determined to be from your rental, entire Security Deposit will be forfeited to drain, clean and refill pool. Plastic cups and dishes are provided for outdoor use.
•This is a Non-Smoking home. If it is found that you or your guest have smoked inside the house your security deposit will automatically be forfeited. If smoking outside the house butts must be disposed of properly and not left anywhere on the property.
•Parties/Unauthorized guests/Events are not allowed on the premises without prior written consent of the owners. Failure to comply with this rule will result in forfeiture of entire security deposit and immediate eviction from the property.
•The renter is the responsible party for enforcing the strict noise ordinances imposed by The City of Palm Springs on vacation rentals. The renter must respond within 45 minutes of a noise complaint. Failure to respond to contact or comply with the noise complaint may result in fines and penalties to “renters” by the City of Palm Springs as well as a potential forfeiture of a portion or all of the security deposit.
•Renter acknowledges that any radio, stereo, musical instrument, sound amplifier, or any device for producing sound cannot be outside, and must be fully enclosed in the Vacation Rental unit and shall not be audible at the property line of the Vacation Rental. This means there can be absolutely NO music outdoors. This is strictly enforced.
•Renter acknowledges owner and owners’ representatives and agents have the right to enter the premises, at any time, (i) for the purpose of making necessary or agreed repairs, decorations, alterations, improvements, for maintenance or to supply necessary or agreed upon services; (ii) to verify the occupant has complied with the terms of this agreement; (iii) in case of emergency.
•Assignment Clause: Renter acknowledges that this agreement is between owner and signed occupant. The agreement is not assignable to any other person without approval from owners. Renter acknowledge that owners will not honor an assigned agreement without prior approval. The occupant may in no way sublet this property or allow guests who are not listed in the contract.
•Unavailability: Renter acknowledge that if for any reason beyond the control of owner or owner’s representative, the premises is unavailable, owner may substitute a comparable unit or cancel the agreement and refund in full to occupant all payments made.
•Liability Waiver: OWNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO RENTER, RENTER’S GUESTS, LICENSEES OR INVITEES OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO ANY PERSON OR PROPERTY, INCLUDING THEFT, ON OR ABOUT THE PREMISES. RENTER SHALL HOLD OWNER AND MANAGERS HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFIED FROM AND AGAINST ALL LOSS, INJURY OR DAMAGE OCCASIONED BY THE USE OR MISUSE OR ABUSE OF ANY PART OF THE PREMISES INCLUDING THE EXERCISE EQUIPMENT AND APPROX. 6’ DEEP SWIMMING POOL. KEEP CHILDREN AWAY FROM EXERCISE EQUIPMENT AND POOL UNLESS THERE IS CONSTANT ADULT SUPERVISION. RENTER AGREES NOT TO HOLD OWNER’S LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES, ACCIDENTS OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES AS RESULT OF POOL USE AND FROM OR AGAINST ANY OMISSION, NEGLECT, OR DEFAULT OF RENTER, RENTER’S GUESTS, LICENSEES OR INVITEES.
We are a travel-loving couple that lives a very hectic lifestyle so in our down time we just want to relax! Palm Springs is our peaceful getaway. Our ideal weekend is floating in the pool and cooking at the house. We love the mountain views and serene quiet that we cannot get living in an urban area.
