Geoff's house was beautiful, very clean, and spacious! It's isolated on the hills so the sunrise is beautiful, and you're not near traffic/lots of people in Estes Park. But you're still close enough to town for groceries, and only 15 min from Rocky Mountain National Park! Geoff is very accessible via text. Perfect home for a family trip!

Great location. Fully equipped and clean home. Minutes from State Park. House temperature was perfect. Loved roasting marshmallows over firepit. Would fully recommend staying here.

This was a perfect place for our family of eight adults (two couples, six singles). We were pleasantly surprised to see that there was a study/office area with a pull-down bed, creating a fifth bedroom. Huge, well-equipped kitchen and great room perfect for all of us to do our thing. This place was roomy and comfortable with plenty of outdoor living space. The view: supreme. We grilled and did laundry without problem. We traveled to the park and the town -- good location. Getting there was a bit challenging the first time. The drive is up-up-up and well beyond the YMCA. But that just meant the house had a great view and relatively secluded. We'd highly recommend.

The house is even better than it appears in the photos. The downstairs is very spacious, everything you might need seems to be in the kitchen drawers and cabinets, the house is so well maintained it still seems very new, the views are extraordinary, the location is wonderfully quiet, and there is an abundance of towels and linens to complement the washer and dryer. Our son and daughter-in-law were getting married at the Estes Park YMCA's Overlook Chapel and staying at the adjacent YMCA Mountainside Lodge, both of which are at the top of the hill above the YMCA campus, and it turned out that this rental house was just a five minute drive down the hill from there. It worked out terrifically. We would definitely do it again without any changes. And Geoff was great to work with at every step of the process, always responsive and offering his help.

My friends and I decided to rent this place for our reunion road trip and we were so glad we chose this place! This is an absolutely beautiful and spacious cabin with great views of the Rocky Mountain. If you are feeling adventurous, you can head out for a hike that is a simply a short drive away. If you feel like having a lazy afternoon, there are plenty of spots in house to sip a cup of coffee and just chat with friends, while enjoying the view outside and watching elks, coyotes and other wild life pass by. This is a family-owned property and each room has a theme! How sweet is that? Geoff is a great host. Even though he is off-site during our stay, he is very responsive whenever we have questions. The only downside of this cabin is that there is no cellular service. Wifi is usually great. However, during our stay, wifi was out for a day, and without cellular service, I had difficulty reaching out to Geoff or on-site property managers to find out what was going on. Some of my group needed wifi to do some work so I drove into town (about 10 minutes away) to get cellphone service and let the onsite property manager know about this. It turned out that this was the wifi company's issue, and service returned the next day. Other than this little bump, everything was great! I highly recommend this cabin to others!

Fantastic views, well stocked. Great for kids. Would definitely come back again.
