Our 2 bedroom spacious apartment (1200sqft approx.) comprising of the entire first floor and partial second floor is in the heart of trendy Dundas/Ossington District.
Steps away from Little Italy and Little Portugal. Lots of micro craft breweries in the area. A perfect spot for anyone wanting to experience all Toronto has to offer. Comes with endless options for nature/parks, restaurants, bars, and music venues.

Centrally located in Little Portugal and Dundas West, the open concept layout has a walkout to a private backyard. Air Condition, High Speed Internet with ChromeCast. Kitchen fully stocked with gas stove and dishwasher. Walk out to private backyard

Walking distance to art galleries, restaurants, bars and more on Ossington Ave, Queen West, Dundas West, & College St. Near the burgeoning Brewery District.

Arrangements will be made to meet all guests including drop off and pick up of keys.

We will be available to meet guests and address any concerns or additional needs. In the event we are not available our staff will be able to assist.

For those guests who are travelling and have a car there is street parking available. You will be required to purchase a pass (24hr, 48hrs or 1Week) durations.

Please treat our home like yours. Please, absolutely no smoking inside the Apartment! No Pets! & No Parties! If Requesting An Extra Set of Keys We Require a $50 Refundable Deposit. Respect that other residents live in the house as such the Thermostat (heat & cooling) is Centrally Controlled.
Please also be aware of your level of noise especially at night.
This is a NON SMOKING unit. Pets are not permitted in the rental unit under any conditions.

Use of the property is for short-term accommodation only, and will not be used for ANY commercial or business purposes. The premises shall neither be used as a party venue, nor any social gathering where 4 or more people are inside the unit at any given time, without prior consent of the Owner. ALL GUESTS assume responsibility for the behaviour of their guests during the term and any damage to the suite and property. Should there be a noise complaint during the time of occupancy, or any violation of the above stated conditions, the Owner, at their sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and regain possession without providing compensation.

Nick's place was really tidy, comfortable and located in a great neighbourhood in Toronto. Nick was fast with communication and helpful accommodating our late check-in.

Nick's apartment was very comfy and clean, and exactly what we needed for one week of work in Toronto. Modern furniture, renewed flooring, TV with Netflix... it was a bit further from the city centre than I had thought, but then there's a YMCA next door which was a plus, also plenty of restaurants and shops around, both at College and Dundas. Nick was nice and responsive. Would stay there again for sure.

We really enjoyed Nick's place. It was spotlessly clean and devoid of personal objects (this is obviously a rental property not someone's apartment being vacated for the weekend). Although we had a few issues with the wifi cutting out, everything else worked great. Shower had great hot water and pressure, kitchen was well organized with nice coffee and tea packets to get us started, TV for streaming, cute backyard and comfy beds. Many extras such as washer/dryer, ironing board/iron, lots of storage, backyard, good closet space. Hints: -we parked at the public lot just down the street which was cheaper and easier than getting the on-street daily permits. We checked into the lot (bought a timed ticket through a machine for our entire 3 day stay at once) and could go in/out at will. -College St has everything close by: Starbucks at the corner, large Metro grocery store a few blocks down, and restaurants (try Aziza for breakfast). -Small but adequate LCBO on Dundas. -Dufferin Grove park is a nice walk with picnic tables, playground, fire pit etc. and it's across from a mall.
