Stay and play downtown! Enjoy visiting Nashville, and be right in the heart of it. This beautiful two bedroom condo sleeps 8. There are two queen beds, a sleeper sofa and a futon bed.
Enjoy fine linens, fluffy towels, coffee, new appliances, new HD flat screen TVs and a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cookware and utensils. We are providing a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender and citrus juicer. The condo has one and a half bathrooms!
It's almost impossible to find a condo any nicer than this one right downtown. If you want to be within walking distance to all the attractions in Downtown Nashville, then this is the home for you. Step out of the home and it is a short 0.6 mile walk to Broadway, where there are many restaurants and honky tonks with live artists every night. Walk to Bridgestone Arena only 0.7 mi, the Music City Hall of Fame is just a 0.8 mi walk, and Ryman Auditorium is a short 0.6 mi. walk from the condo! The home is also near Nissan Stadium (home of the Tennessee Titans,) the new Ascend Amphitheater, and First Tennessee Park.
If you just want to relax, you can soak in the community pool. Watch the boats on the Cumberland River outside your windows and deck; we provide chairs to sit outside on the lawn. The development also has a fitness center and fire pit area that overlooks the river.
Free covered open parking for two cars right in front of the condos. No stairs or elevators!

RENTAL CONTRACT DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS: Please review your reservation and make sure all the information including check in and check out dates are correct. And the total number of guest are correct. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met. And will be returned to your credit card.
a. No damage is done to home or its contents and all provisions in these rules are followed. b. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in trash bags. c. Please load dishwasher and start it. d. Please start a load of towels. e. No linens are lost or damaged. f. No scuff marks on walls. g. No Early check-in or late check out. h. No loud parties. i. No complaints from neighbors! j. No gathering outside hallways. k. Lock all doors & windows upon your departure.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: The rental period begins at 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 10 a.m. on the day of departure. The home is professionally cleaned and inspected before and after each rental to ensure that all guests have a clean comfortable stay. Please be thoughtful of renters who may be checking in on the same day that you checkout.
DAMAGE AND CLEANING ISSUES: Any damage or cleaning issues noticed upon arrival should be reported to the immediately. All general maintenance issues should also be reported so the unit can be kept in good repair. You will not incur any additional charges if the following items are adhered to: No damage is done to the unit or its content including the linens. No items are missing upon the inventory check. All debris, garbage and discards are placed in proper containers. All soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher. There was no exceeding the occupancy stated in the reservation. There was no smoking or evidence of smoking in the home.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed in any of our units. A $500 fee will charged if evidence is found in the home.
SEVERE WEATHER: We do not refund rents or deposits lost due to cancelled or shortened stays because of weather. Departures due to inclement weather do no warrant refund of rent or deposit.
NOISE: We strive to be good neighbors, just as you would want in your own home. Please no loud noise or parties after 10 pm. Failure to do so which results in formal complaints from neighbors or law enforcement can and may result in termination of remaining rental period and eviction, with no refunds owed. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS: Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance deposit and/or rental money and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
CONDITIONS: The guest assures us that the all occupants will observe all conditions and terms of this agreement as to maintaining the rental in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. The guest assures that any occupant who violates any of the terms of this Agreement shall be immediately denied occupancy and shall remedy any damages or other expenses, which are caused by the tenant and/or the tenant’s guest(s). The guest and/or their occupants shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful purposes, nor violate any law or ordinance, nor commit waste or nuisance on or about the premises. The guest agrees to indemnify and save manager/owner harmless from all liability, loss or damage arising from any nuisance or harm made or suffered on the premises by the GUEST, tenants, or guests or from any carelessness, neglect, or improper conduct of any persons entering, occupying or visiting the premises. We accept no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage or alteration to the terms of your reservation caused by events beyond our control, including but not restricted to war, terrorist activity, civil commotion, flight delays, or cancellations, airport closures, loss of luggage, adverse weather conditions, fire flood, or industrial dispute. We cannot accept any liability for
failure of public supplies such as water, electricity, Internet, nor for the consequences of the action or omissions of persons who may control or supply main services, or any actions taken in the vicinity of the property reserved, by any authority over which there is no control. Manager/owner accepts no liability for your personal safety during your vacation. It is particularly important that children are supervised at all times in and outside the vacation property. We assume no responsibility for accidents. You are reminded to exercise care as to your personal safety & your companions.
