Cozy & comfortable, we offer a completely private 2nd floor apartment with private entrance situated on a 1-acre homesite, in a quiet neighborhood 12 min. off I-65 in Spring Hill, TN. 38 miles south of Nashville. Enjoy a well-appointed kitchen, living room, bath, M BR w/Q bed & 2nd BR w/twin trundle. We also have a Queen air mattress and pack-n-play crib in an optional third room if needed. Our 10 person hot tub/ swim spa is available year round for people over age 16.
Completely private, cozy, 2nd floor apartment is in a quiet, rural setting and accommodates a maximum of 7 people comfortably (that would be two people in the Queen bed, two people in the twin trundle bed, two people on a queen air mattress and one baby in the pack-n-play portable playpen w/mattress. Please contact me in advance so I can have it inflated and extra linens ready when you arrive. There will be an extra $15 flat fee each for the use of the mattress/and or Pack-n-play (there will be an envelope provided for this fee in your apartment upon arrival.) You'll have so much more room than a hotel. You can come and go as you please with a private rear entry leading up to your second floor apartment. Enjoy our Hummingbird garden between late May and late September while sipping coffee out on our front porch or back deck. We live on the first floor and will be available should you need anything during your stay.
Please note: we absolutely do not host parties!!! Family gatherings for meals or holidays are acceptable with prior notice.
Access to our sunroom, 10 person hot tub/swim spa, back deck with market umbrella and patio table and chairs and a gas grill. We have a huge backyard with a swing set and slides for children. If you prefer Hummingbird action with your morning coffee, feel free to sit out on the front porch ( late May thru late September.)
Interaction with guests
We prefer to give our guests their privacy during their stay, however, if you need recommendations for area attractions, local eateries or whatever, we are available as needed. Just holler and we'll come running!☺️
Other things to note
Spring Hill is close to historical Civil War sites, antiquing, shopping, wonderful scenery and more! If you are motor cycle enthusiasts, we have some of the prettiest country side for endless, enjoyable riding! Explore middle Tennessee the back-road way!
Please treat our home as you would your own. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Please remove footwear upon entering and leave shoes in boot tray in the entry hallway when entering apartment. This will allow us to keep the flooring clean for all our guests! We prefer not to host parties, but family gatherings are permitted with prior notice given. Unless you have made reservations and paid ahead, no additional overnight guests are permitted to stay on the premises. Quiet hours are after 10 p.m. Check out instructions are simple: leave the space as you found it. Please remove any food you brought from the refrigerator ( you may leave condiments and unused food if you think they could be donated to a needy family locally) please deposit used sheets and towels in the clothes basket in the hall, put trash outside the entrance door in the trash bin as you leave. In 2010 Diane retired from her career as a graphic designer with Publix Super Markets Corp. office in Lakeland, Florida to marry Bobby and moved to Tennesseee.
Bobby and Diane are former owners of a local consignment store in Spring Hill. Diane has always loved exploring bed and breakfasts and is now excited to host her own! Bobby is always supportive of Diane's passions☺️!
Bobby is retired from the US Air Force. He is currently working in the sonography and X-ray dept. for Williamson Medical Center.
We have 3 grown children and six grandchildren.
We enjoy family, picking, antiquing, travel, church activities and love to meet new people.
