Susie was a very nice and lovely host even preparing a breakfast table for us in the morning . The house has a lot of character and resembles the warmth charm of Brighton. The room itself was also perfect for our stay. It actually quite a bit bigger than on the picture.

Susie's place was cozy and exactly as expected. I didn't get to spend too much time with Susie as she had to go to London after our arrival but from what I experienced, Susie is a gentle women who is helpful and considerate. I enjoyed my 1 night stay in the room and would recommend it to anybody wanting to be in relative proximity to the centre of Brighton and looking for comfort. Only thing I would warn about is the fact that it is atop a hill.

Room is clean, bathroom is good condition although didn't get to use the shower room. Bed is very comfortable, great environment. Susie is very tolerant to allow us to put our luggage in house so we dont have to carry around before leaving.

Cleanliness was an issue. We didn't actually sleep under the sheets due to this issue and we are pretty liberal. The bath/shower facilities where unfortunately dirty and had we not drove straight from work we would not have used. We still debated it!! In hindsight we should have paid an extra £8 for a B&B. This listing would have been OK for £20, however stayed in youth hostels at this price that had far great levels of cleanliness. This was our first air bnb experience and has put us off slightly. Had the host not been as welcoming we would not have stayed. Location was great very central and the hosts very welcoming. 3 out of 10.

I loved staying at this house . It is a quaint little place with a nice garden and quite neighbourhood. Susie wasn't able to host as she was in France, but Tim Was a fantastic host . He is a very interesting man with wonderful stories , I'm glad we got to pick his brain a little. The house is incredibly clean and super homey . Loved the bed ( we had Susie's ) it was super comfortable . we also got free tea and toast, which was a kind gesture. If I were to go to Brighton again I'd definitely go back to Susie's place ( and hopefully I'll get to meet her this time ) Thanks so much !

I came to Brighton to study History of Art, and like many others before me, I loved living here so much I never left. I moved to a lovely Victorian terraced house in the heart of Hanover and transformed it into a modern comfortable vibrant home in a beautiful quiet street. The ho…
