Toole Cabin/Condo Instructions

It is great to have you in our home. “The Village" 2522 Village Ct. Pinetop, Az. Turn Left onto Buck Springs Road from main Road/Hwy. We are towards the east end of pinetop before you head out into forest for skiing. You'll see houses and condos on both sides of Buck Springs. Ours is on Right - called “The Village". There are two gates. If you enter the second gate we are the first condo on the right once you have gone through gate. Park under awning.

Gate Code is # 0369

There is no key for the glass outer (screen door) just open. We will email you the passcode for the front door a few days before arrival.
The water is turned off. The main water is out front to right (or left when facing door). Ours is marked Number 1. You'll see about four meters with little oblong box locks on them. The lock key is on the ring. Open and Turn Meter to on. You will need the Meter ‘Stick". The long Black handle that is in the Laundry Room off kitchen on the very top shelf. Look up when you enter, you'll see the end of it sticking out hopefully.
The main electrical panel is in the laundry room. The electrical switch for hot water has to be flipped on.

Just please do all the reverse when you leave. turn the same water Main off when you leave and lock the meter. Turn the Thermostat to 50 when you leave in the Winter. Flip the hot water electrical switch off. This is so we don't pay to heat water when we are not there. Thanks.

The fake fireplace is just a light switch labeled fireplace on wall near master bedroom. Please don't leave on when you leave or all night.
Everything is pretty self-explanatory I think. We just got Cable One for WiFi. We are the Internet Site that has the “Motorola…." The passcode is incredibly long. It is written on the box (from cable one) in the red cabinet under the T.V. Phone texts work when you set to WiFi. Otherwise they don't. Some calls work. ATT doesn't work that well up there.
Apple T.V. is set up. You just have to plug it in. That is what the remote is for.

If you hear really weird ghost like sounds at night it is the Elk Boogiling. They do that in the Fall apparently.

Lot's of great hikes, a nice paved one around a lake easy for kids. Through the development across the street is the springs trail. One big three mile loop. But, one can just stop and go back too. Follow the little blue triangles on the trees. The gate to trail is through their development or turn left on Sky Hi Road at the end of their development around the large cell tower and you will find the gate. There are print out maps of that trail in cub-board that is in wall opposite of wine rack. Also some board games in there as well as in red stand.

Restaurants.: Red Devil Pizza really good. Our favorite desserts are from Darbi's. The new La Vie is yummy. Our favorite is Annies Bistro on way out of town. We just discovered Thai Promise restaurant that has amazing soup.

If you drive or walk down Buck Springs Road further you'll come across some Stables if you want to see horses or ride.

Very spacious, clean and lovely. I was in love with their bed, as they have quality sheets and a soft comforter. I wish I had a fireplace in my home that looks exactly like theirs. So beautiful. We will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip.

This place is extremely comfortable, spacious, and affordable. 5 of us stayed for a two night ski weekend, and couldn't of found a better place to stay. Jim and pati were always prompt with communication and they made sure was ok with their place. I will defiantly stay here again. It's good for summer and winter.

I was very happy with our stay here we did run into some bumps here and there but even though it was the holidays the owner kept in constant communication and was very accommodating the WHOLE time. This condo is beautiful and for the price it's perfect. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We had a wonderful time in Pinetop. It was easy to find the condo, and get settled in. From there, the slopes are a short 30 minute drive away. We also loved the large living room with lots of seating and a fireplace! For those looking to cook their own meals, the kitchen is very well equipped. Thanks Jim and Pati!

What a lovely space! The condo is immaculate yet cozy, modern yet "cabin-like", close to the ski slopes, close to town, and has yard space where my kids played in the snow while I made dinner. The kitchen, baths, and bedrooms were equipped with everything you could need, including a Keurig coffee maker AND coffee pods (which was lucky because we only brought a regular bag of coffee expecting a regular coffee maker!). Jim and Pati were immediately available when we called at 7pm because we had trouble finding where to turn on the water and they walked us through it with no problem. We'll be back!

Our family lives in Tucson Arizona. I am a Presbyterian Pastor who loves to get time in the outdoors. Our condo often functions as a retreat and jumping off point for adventure. Our hope is it can be that for you as well.
