This two level apartment is set in a quiet boutique block.

Spacious and open plan living upstairs flows out on to generous balcony that captures the afternoon sun and beautiful sunsets.

A starter set of pantry goods, hot beverages etc is ready for your arrival.

One King, One Queen and a Double bedroom are downstairs along with a full bathroom and laundry.

A double sofa bed is available in lounge.

Make your way to the apartment via stairs or lift from the ground floor. There is a common space in the courtyard area.
Please note there are several stairs leading to the entrance of the apartment and stairs between the two levels of the apartment.
You will have full and exclusive use of the apartment.

This is a small apartment block and we ask that you respect our neighbours. No gatherings are accepted.

Carparking is behind a secured gate. Please note that this is a tight car park, so several maneuvers are required to get in and out. Oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated. Street parking is available.

Petone is a bustling vibrant village on the edge of the Wellington harbour. The village has many wonderful cafes, bars and places to eat as well as some boutique shopping experiences. We are happy to guide you in choices.
There is a popular Esplanade walk that takes you along Petone beach with coffee cart close and great cafe on foreshore.
