Private guest suite with your own full kitchen, bath, den and private entry. Very spacious room, furnished with FULL BED (54"x74" small for 2), dining table, TV (no cable), and small dresser with hangers. Attached to main house but space completely separate, only the yard and driveway is shared!
Great location in West Bradenton only 4 miles from downtown, 6 miles from Holmes Beach, and lots of shopping and food nearby!
Let me know if you need any special kitchen or bath items to make your stay more comfortable; kitchen utensils, dishes, linens and amenities provided for short term guests. I clean the space myself after every visit and am a bit OCD so let me know immediately if anything isn't up to your standards so I can address it!
Back patio space can be shared by guests (note that yard is shared with my 6yr old Boxer). Beach chairs, boogey boards, etc. available for use - they're in the closet by the back door.
Private access with separate keys from main house. Room is sealed off completely from main house for privacy with sound proof door to prevent any disruptions. Lock box with key for flexible check-in and check-out (code is provided upon booking confirmation). Please park to the left of driveway in the gravel and pull up to maintain access for myself and my girlfriend or other visitors.
Interaction with guests
I'm usually available nights and weekends unless I'm traveling, and will provide any assistance needed to make sure you enjoy your visit to Bradenton! Otherwise I respect guests privacy and won't bother you during your stay. Check out the guidebook in the unit for all my favorite spots!

Health and safety is my utmost concern - everything in this rental is in good working order to the best of my knowledge, meets all building codes and abides by local safety regulations.
**Local Resort Tax in the amount of 5% of the gross rental applies to all monthly reservations and is NOT included in the nightly rate. If your stay is less than a month don't worry about the tax, I'll cover it. This (unfortunate) taxation is in accordance with Florida Statutes and will be due by cash or check upon arrival. (Florida DOR Certified)**
Backyard is shared with my 5 year old boxer - I hold no liability for any accidents occurring thru interaction with my pet.
No smoking inside the house but feel free to smoke on the back patio and enjoy a cool summer sunset.
Lights and the AC unit are to be turned off any time you leave the apartment - please help conserve energy!
Doors and windows are never to be left open - Florida humidity will only make your room hotter.
Please be considerate of the environment and minimize water usage - don't leave faucets or shower running when not in use.
No guests are allowed that are not included on the reservation - extra unannounced guests during your stay will be cause for immediate cancellation of the booking for no refund.
