Nestled in the heart of an ancient pocket of East London known as Walthamstow Village, is a unique garret flat situated on the first and second floors of a Grade 11 listed detached early Victorian Villa. You enter the original stained glass main door and up the stairs to the flat. There is a small office space and large wooden shuttered balcony window on the landing. Old wooden panelling clad the walls of the original stair case lead up to a large, living/dining space offering wonderful light airy views. The kitchen area is compact and well equipped with a vintage Kitchen Daisy pantry. Help yourself to tea, coffee and whatever you find in the kitchen cupboards and fridge, milk etc. There's a big super comfy leather sofa and two lovely vintage reading chairs. In the bathroom, you'll find a good sized double ended bath with shower. The bespoke bed has a memory foam top mattress which is soooo comfortable with lovely soft feather pillows and duvet covered in Egyptian cotton.
Guests are welcome to use my parking space. Also, the balcony which is shared by my lovely neighbour.
