Great place. It's basically on campus right around the frat houses but it wasn't loud at night and its a walkable distance to shops and bars.

Everything was exactly as described, with clear instructions. Do yourself a favor and read ALL the instructions as some guests showed up to the house pretty flustered having not read anything. I've given this place 5 stars all around because it was perfect for what I needed, but there are a few things to note before booking. First, it's street parking only, which is fine, but with its close proximity to the university there really wasn't any parking. I had to circle a few times before finding a space. I'm used to that having lived in cities, but I imagine it can be frustrating for people arriving late at night or not used to it. Second, the downstairs shower is small. Like, super small. Again, I had no problem with it but it's worth noting. I'm thin and still had a hard time moving around, shaving, etc. I'm also quite tall, 6', and the ceiling was about 5 inches above my head (max). While I, and most people, fit just fine, it's worth noting if you don't fit into those dimensions easily. Also, the house is SUPER creaky. Not necessarily a problem, but if you're a light sleeper then bring earplugs. As far as the positives go, there are many. Overall, it was clean, easy, secure, and well thought out. The mattress was AMAZING and I slept so well. Oh, and the shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion provided was the good stuff, which I definitely appreciated ;) Everything was just great, exactly as described, and maybe even better.

The bed was very comfy, other guests were quiet and respectful. This is a good place if you need to stay in the U district. We got really lucky and found parking on the street in front, but this might be the type of place best for those who did not bring their vehicle.

Welcome, my name is Dario.

I was born in Sicily and I moved to Seattle eight years ago. I am an Italian teacher and the director of Boys Tribe Project, an after school program to help boys develop emotional intelligence, learn how to play rough without hurting each other, and be creative with imaginative play and storytelling.

I love to cook Italian homemade food, traveling, personal growth, psychology, jazz and blues, foreign movies, interior design, modern dance, storytelling, art, and culture in general. I love hosting people, I used to host couch surfers and I also was traveling for a few years. The thing I like the most is to hear and to share stories from people all over the world.
