Welcome to my room in a conveniently located flat in Berlin, Moabit. It's close to the station of the, so-called, ring train (S Westhafen) and also to underground (line U9) and bus stations. My flatmate is a great host and will take care of you during your visit.
I'm happy to invite you to my beloved room in Berlin, Moabit. As I work from outside of Berlin the room is free most of the time. You will share the flat with my friend who stays in the other room (there are two rooms in total). He is very cool guy and he will help me to host you.
You will have my room during your stay. You can freely access the bathroom, kitchen and the balcony.
Interaction with guests
I will not be in Berlin during the days when you stay at my apartment but my friend who shares the flat will take care of you. Of course don't hesitate to ask him about anything or call me or write a massage during your stay.
Other things to note
We would appreciate if you would not make extensive noise, lets say, starting from 10pm. It's because our rather sensitive neighbours and my flatmate who will have to wake up early next day to go to work ;) I hope you understand that.
It is very important that you will not use Torrents using our internet. In Germany that can cause a lot of troubles!
Nobody of us smokes but you can use the balcony for that.
Besides that we are quite relaxed people. Hopefully you will have a great time in Berlin while staying at our apartment!
In general this is a non smoking apartment, however, there is a possibility to smoke on the balcony. You shoudn't use the internet connection for illegal downloads, torrents etc. This is really an issue in Germany and they can track you down, seriously. Please don't wear shoes while walking around the apartment.

I'm a researcher and audio engineer from Poland living in Berlin since a few years. I'm passionate about many things including nature, traveling, sound & music... I used to do a lot of CouchSurfing and Airbnb reminds me a bit about these old good times :)
