The house is located close to some nice country walks, and is a short drive to the beach, train station and supermarkets.
It is especially convenient for the A78 that takes you straight to Troon
There is a paved rear area, ideal for sitting out and for a BBQ/drinks.
Whilst sitting out, you may get a visit from Olaf, my neighbours black and white cat, don't mind him - he is super friendly, but can be shoo-ed away if you don;t want him around.
Interaction with guests
I may be around during this period, but if not i shall have someone on hold for assistance.
The house is a no-smoking area, but is permitted outside.
I've no objection if you want to bring your dog or goldfish! - on the understanding that if there is damage then repair costs are covered by you
