This is in excellence location, just 3 minutes walking for underground and Beata replies very quickly on messages. Disadvantage was quality of wifi. Is good for browsing, but some service (ssh) have problems time to time. Overall it was very nice. Me, my wife and our child stayed here one month.

Beata’s flat was perfect for us to stay in as we moved to Vienna from California. Beata was a pleasure to work with prior to our arrival and the apartment was set up perfectly with everything we needed. Check in was easy - we were met with the keys and shown how to work everything in the apartment and building. All in English. The flat is well decorated and has a comfortable bed and nice sofa. There is a view of the garden and it is very quite. It is closely located to bars, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and public transportation. You will be a short walk from all of the major transit lines in Vienna. The building is located on a quite and safe street. Laundry (no charge) is located very close, one floor down. There is never a wait for the machines and they work well. We will recommend Beata’s apartment to all of our friends and family visiting Vienna
