Location, location, location! It is literally a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum, 20 minute walk to the Roma Termini, 5 minute walk to the WONDERFUL G. Fassi's Ice Cream , a three minute walk to Coop Supermarket and other small but good restaurants. You can not go wrong with staying at this apartment. We had several day trips that we took to Florence, Venice, and Pompeii that required four adult women and four teen girls to walk to the Termini for. Since we typically had to be at a location by 7am, we walked as buses going our direction were not readily in transit just yet. It was 20 minutes at a good pace. The termini is where to access the trains that we needed for our day trips. I would suggest staying away from the subways if you can as it is where you are most at risk for pick pockets (as one of our moms learned the hard way on the one 30 minute stint we were there). The apartment is very secure and the couple who let us in was on time with check in. The air conditioning works exceptionally well. There is a queen bed off the dining area, a sofa that has a bed in it, one bedroom has one queen bed and a bathroom in it, a second bedroom has two twin beds, and the third bedroom has a queen bedroom. The last two bedrooms have a bigger bathroom in the same hallway. There is a washing machine which was great for us as we decided to pack fewer clothes and utilize this to do small loads as needed. It stated a dishwasher was in the kitchen but we did not find one. THERE IS A SAFE IN THE APARTMENT , a feature we loved to leave our original passports in during our stay and kept laminated copies on us. Though it stated there is a converter, we could not figure out where the converter for American plugs was located so please remember to ask or make it simple and bring your own like most of our adults did. I recommend this to anyone!

Spacious and clean house. Need basic household goods such as tissues and paper rolls.

Deceptively big well restored flat in a very good location, we were two families a total of 8 and the bedrooms were of a good size though a smallish kitchen. The AC in the rooms was great - absolutely needed for the summer heat! Would go back!

Very helpful, quick to respond to any questions. Host provides a tablet full of helpful information. This was my fourth trip to Rome, and the tablet helped me learn about locations, activities, and events that I didn't know existed.

My name is Carlo, with TreasureRome Apartments I manage a handful of unique luxury homes located in the very heart of the historical center of Rome.

As our guest you can expect personal treatment and responsiveness, fun and casual approach, and so many ideas, hints and tips about the Eternal City that you'll need either to stay longer or to return!

I live near Rome with my family and I'm in love with this City. I beleive in sustainable living, I'm building a strawbale house for my family! :) I work as an entrepreneur, with eco sustainable projects which help reduce ecological footprint and save the planet.

I keep exploring Rome walking and by bike. I know Her best kept secrets, places, bars, must sees you can never learn from a car or from books :)

I practice brasilian jiu-jitsu, I love playing chess, eating clams (know the best seafood places), tiramisù and carbonara.

I love Roman architecture, the way they built lasts for thousands and thousands years, it's amazing. I'm also amazed by Chinese culture for the same reason.

We also have a giving back project, supporting a Hungarian foundation called Real Pearl, which provides artistic education for very poor chidren and job for their parents' community.

Can't wait to welcome you in Rome :)
