It is also very close to the Caulfield Campus of Monash University and also well located for the Monash Clayton Campus. Also close to Glen Eira College and the Caulfield Race Course.
This is a no smoking apartment and no pets are allowed. We would also appreciate no loud noise. We like to be considered a good neighbour.
