This stylish 1 bedroom unit has just been completely renovated. It is spacious and bright with a queen size bed and a fully equipped kitchen. It is close to trams, trains, supermarkets and shops. Perfect for a short or longer term visit.

The space

This bright & spacious and newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment is centrally located in Caulfield South with the 67 Tram at your doorstep and the Glenhuntly train station only 600m away. The apartment is located at the rear of the block on the ground floor with lots of natural light, easy access and allocated undercover parking.

Newly renovated to a high standard, the apartment contains everything you could want for a comfortable stay. It is fully furnished and contains a queen size bed with built in robe for your clothes and separate deluxe clean and modern bathroom. There is a Washer Dryer combo machine as well as outdoor clothes lines. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a split system for cooling and heating. Don't forget the flat screen TV and the WiFi.

All sheets and towels are supplied.

There is a split system airconditioner in the lounge and bedroom to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. The shower has excellent water pressure and the bedroom has blockout blinds. The sofa in the loungeroom can be converted into a double bed upon request.

This apartment has everything needed for a comfortable and carefree Melbourne vacation. The supermarket, cafes and shops are only a short 500m stroll away.

This is the perfect choice for a couple or a single person visiting family, attending to business or study in Melbourne's south Inner South Eastern suburbs or just to see our beautiful city.

This fully furnished apartment is also ideal as an extended stay accommodation.

The apartment is only a short tram ride to the heart of Elsternwick shopping centre and only a little farther to St Kilda.

It is also very close to the Caulfield Campus of Monash University and also well located for the Monash Clayton Campus. Also close to Glen Eira College and the Caulfield Race Course.

Tanya's place was perfect for my needs as I stayed there to be close to Caulfield Racecourse for a big exam. The one bedroom apartment is super clean with a fully functioning kitchen. All necessities were supplied for and Tanya kindly brought over some toiletries for me. Very quiet neighbourhood and easy to get to from Tullamarine airport even though I had a big suitcase. The apartment is just a few steps away from a tram line that takes you straight to the supermarket and cafes otherwise it's just a 9 minute walk. From the shopping area you can catch a train direct into the city! If you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend not using the heater at night as the motor is just outside the bedroom. Just use the extra doona that Tanya has provided.

Very clean updated apartment with everything needed for a short or long stay. Great location close to public transport, restaurants, stores etc.. Quick responses to communication made for a very smooth and enjoyable visit. Highly recommended.

Tanya's place is close to the 67 tram stop which goes all the way into the Melbourne CBD. Apart from the excellent location, the apartment is roomy, well lit, well ventilated, has heating and air-con and is ideal for a short or long stay in the city. I would recommend Tanya's place to businessmen and tourists alike.
