This peaceful and centrally located 2 brm 75 sq m apartment is only a few minutes drive from Tauranga CBD. The lovely Waikareao estuary walkway is only minutes from the door, you can walk or bike the approximately 9km off-road circuit track. A great cafe and bakery less than 700 meters walk away. Your hosts are Christie and Alan. Christie is a local artist working from her studio upstairs, you can enjoy her art on the walls during your stay as the apartment doubles as her gallery space...

The space
The property has a spacious open plan living room seating consists of a large couch and two chairs, the couch converting to a pull out Double bed if required. A full kitchen and a dining area great for some at home meals. The main bedroom has a Queen bed, and a second bedroom has a King Single bed. From the living room you can access your own patio, through double doors, overlooking a private back yard, which you are welcome to share with us.

Guest access
Access your apartment is via its own entrance using keypad entry. We will provide you with an access code on the day of your check-in. You will have access to the full space as your hosts live upstairs and have a completely separate entrance.

Otumoetai is a lovely area, we have cafe and take-aways a few minutes up the road. We are close to Kulim Park and Ferguson Park, we have a Countdown about 3 minutes drive down the road, and the Tauranga CBD is only another 5 minutes further.
