What Patrick is not mentioning in his review is how he tried to bargain and establish the price for MY apartment for a month stay; finally, I did really make a discount to him but not the absurd demanded price when he disappeared for a few days I understood that he was not interested in my best apartment.
After a few days he came back and made a direct reservation not for the first apartment but for our low cost apartment that I accepted, my big mistake. Just when we accepted his reservation, he told us that instead of one, they would be three people on the apartment!! We accepted that it could be two, but not three people, for obvious space reasons. He apparently was very understanding with that.
He tried to extend his stay during the check-in offering an “off airbnb” agreement to my mother and he apparently didn't mind but once again this seemed to frustrate him when she rejected the offer.
From that moment on everything seemed to be nice and great with neither complaints nor problems and apparently very grateful behavior, all the way an act. And that's why we made such a nice review.
Without going further, all our other 75 reviews contradicts his untrustworthy and shabby review.
I'll take a suggestion and leave a note on our brand new coffee machine that for ecological reasons does not use filter coffee, and how to make toasts on our brand new sandwich maker.
By the way, is true that the air conditioned was a bit noisy, It took 3 hours to change it, something that could be done on the first day, if he had wished let us know but the plan was otherwise...
