Welcome to the Fiddler's Cove Cottage, your island home away from home.
This contemporary and freshly renovated house is one of the few Tangier houses with a water front. It is centrally located in the Tangier's historical district, 3 minutes' walk from the ferry dock. Sip coffee in our living room, while enjoying a beautiful sunrise over the blue Chesapeake!
2026 update: we have built a board walk in the backyard going toward the water edge.
The space
The Fiddler's Cove Cottage features 2 bedrooms, 1 spacious living room, 1 sitting room, and 1 kitchen. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the other bedroom has two single beds. The living room has a brand-new pull-out sofa which can sleep 1 person. Our house is newly renovated, with new A/C systems and modern amenities.
Our TV has an Amazon fire stick. We have a small book collection for your vacation days.
Our full-sized kitchen has a stove with oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffeemaker, pots and pans, cutlery, glasses, dishes, bowls, etc. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, oil, salt, sugar, pepper, mayo, mustard, and ketchup.

I enjoy fishing, cooking, and traveling. The coolest place on earth I have visited is the Tangier Island, US, where I happen to live! LOL. If you haven't tried soft shell crabs from Tangier, you haven't tried crabs yet! In my last international trip (June 2026), I went to Cape Verde, a Western Africa island nation with great fishing.
