Very homely place with a nineties vibe. Worked out perfectly for our needs. Marybeth was extremely easy to communicate with.

This is a clean, comfortable home located in a quiet, idyllic part of the Hudson valley. It was a short walk away from a pretty little lake. MaryBeth (and dog Piper) was very inviting and made sure we had everything we needed. She put together some breakfast items like bread, croissant, fresh fruit and milk which we appreciated. All in all, if you're thinking of visiting the Hudson valley area, this is a great option for its location and convenience. Within a one hour radius are a number of attractions like apple picking farms, walkway over the Hudson, olana mansion etc. My family and I definitely recommend!

from the beginning of the trip she has kept communication and has been flexible with meeting. she had everything we could ask for and more. you get your own portion of the house to yourself huge area perfect for 2 or 3 or 4 or more if you have air mattresses. marybeth is one of the sweetest souls i have met in a long time. extremely friendly and her puppy piper is as well. if you need to know anything about anywhere she can tell you directions through every backroad its insane. miss being there already. you wont be disappointed :)

MaryBeth is a wonderful and accommodating host. She was willing to pick us up from the train station and drove us around Warren St. so that we would be familiar with the area before picking up our rental car. She was as accessible as you would like her to be. One thing to remember is that Hudson has very humid weather. We were prepared for this from other reviews we read. MaryBeth takes precaution against the humidity in her place by providing fans throughout the apartment. However, clothing and towels can still feel a bit damp, but it was not a big problem for us. The ride between her place and Hudson is about 20 minutes, but it is a very peaceful and scenic surrounding. Very close to walking trails and Olana, which provides a spectacular view of the Hudson Valley as well as walking trails and a history of the Hudson River artists.

Mary Beth was a wonderful host and was very giving. Unfortunately, this Airbnb is a very old basement apartment and was too musty for us. Even the air sprays and multiple fans did not help. If you have allergies this is not the place for you

I'm friendly and love living in the Hudson Valley. My home and property give me great joy. I live a quiet life in a tranquil setting. Cooking, yoga, and reading are important parts of my life that includes caring for pets and care-taking my yard- Life is good' and guests will feel welcomed!
