The arrival was the least good about the stay we had, the street numbers are difficult to decipher and Isabel was not present herself to show us the appartment. Instead, there was a cleaning lady who told us that she needed two more hours than the arrival time Isabel had told us. However, we were allowed to leave our suitcases there and after a miscommunication, she only speaks Spanish, Isabel had made sure that extra towels were provided. The accomodation itself is like you see it on the pictures. Kitchen utilities are available. The balcony was the place we found ourselves using the most since we could all fit on there and the weather was great. I would recommend this appartment but keep in mind arrival may take longer than expected.

Great location, 10mins walk to city. 10mins taxi to the beach. Few maintenance problems e.g loose wiring which could be easily rectified. Big balcony although as mentioned by someone else previously not a nice view... has a front balcony which overlooks the street which is big enough for one or two to stand, nicer sight. Host was great, stayed in contact although on holiday herself and accepted last minute - greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend this spot. As mentioned a great location!!

Great place to explore the city and cook a homemade meal for family! Walls a little bit thin ( I think this is common in flats like this), air too dry for us because of cold the AC ran on heat mode.

This was our first time to use Airbnb for my wife and I. We chose this apartment mainly because of the pictures shown and location. We were extremely disappointed with the smell when gaining access to the lift and the view from the balcony was awful. My wife was in tears when she overlooked the balcony. The apartment was large and spacious and definitely in a quiet area. We found it difficult to sleep in a very hard bed. The Internet was non existent, no proper router just a mobile type device. We did not know which apartment we staying at and just by luck we met somebody who rang our host to tell us the number. There were some positives like it was close to a supermarket and also to the bus stop. The apartment was very clean and the shower was lovely. We never cooked any meals and the kitchen was more than adequate. The air conditioning was fantastic and kept us cool throughout.

My family lives in Valencia, and I rented Isabel's place for my parents' 3-week visit as it is close to our apartment. It was an excellent choice. The place looked like the images posted: very clean and bright. What is not pictured is the inside of the kitchen cabinets, which have plenty of plates, glasses and utensils. We cooked here numerous times. Isabel was available to us and helped us when we had requests. When a door didn't close properly, she immediately had someone come repair it. When two lightbulbs blew out, she showed up with new ones. Because of my limited Spanish/her limited English, we often needed to use (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) translate to communicate, which worked fine. This apartment also has central air & heating, which is unusual in Valencia. Of course, you don't really need heating in Valencia except for a handful of days in Jan/Feb, which is exactly when my elderly parents were visiting. This was a nice touch for them. The apartment is very close to the park, a main road and useful bus stations, and extremely close to the Rusafa market, yet it was very quiet at night. The only (minor) complaint would be that the key to the front door of the building is a little tricky to open at first, which is more of the building's problem than with Isabel's apartment. Once I tried the door 2 or 3 times and knew how to jiggle the key, it opened every time. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment. In fact, I might rent it again later this year for other relatives if they visit.
