This warm and welcoming 2nd story corner unit, has Two Bedrooms & Two Full Baths with approx. 900sq ft of comfortable living space.
St. Augustine is full of history, and many activites. The beaches are some of the most beautiful you will see. Sorry No Smoking & No Pets allowed by vacationers...
The beds in the condo are firm. I have added an "eggcrate" mattress to the queen bed. The bed in the sofa is a full size and best for a single sleeper.
The St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet Resort is a secured gated community. I will notify the guards of your arrival. You will have one guest parking pass at the guard shack. If you need 2 parking passes- please let me know and I will arrange for two.
Day passes may be obtained at $11/day for guests.
Interaction with guests
Hello, I am free for questions, but I do not currently live in the city. The website for the St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet Resort and (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) page have alot of information and photos for you to enjoy and to assist with planning your stay. The office staff are also great at recommending and scheduling things to do!

Other things to note
I wanted to provide you with some frequently asked questions. If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to contact me.
To answers some commonly asked questions:
Is there a heated pool in the complex that we can use? Yes- one is heated and one is not. There are also 5 large Jacuzzis within several units next door to mine. The closest is right next door in Building 1 & 2.
We also have tennis courts and a racquet ball court, so you have young kids with you, you could bring some balls or other items and play safe away from cars in there( plus not lose your balls). Also there are 3 ponds that do have fish, if you fish, bring your pole... Racquets and balls are provided at the tennis courts and I have a few in the condo as well.
Is there assigned parking? No- there is a large open parking lot and many right next to the unit.
The trolley that services downtown services the condo. How often it runs? This varies by season. You can search that information or call the office directly. They are open 9am-5pm daily and 12-5pm on Sunday. Starting Nov 20th they run the "Light the Night" course singing Christmas caroles and viewing the lights- its alot of fun!
Is there a phone number that I can use to connect with the condo office? Yes, it is (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). (numbers don't work well on this site). They have alot of info re: the area.
Will they check us in and provide keys? No, there is a punch code on the door.
How many stairs to get into your unit?
The unit is on the second floor so there are 2 short landings of 6-7 stairs each. The condo is right off the stairs (which I use). If you need an elevator you can catch that midway through the building and walk to the unit (for groceries are large items or if you can't do the stairs).
What is there to do?
St. Augustine has some great history and nightlife (for a small laid back town). You have to go downtown and see some historic tours and sights. I would start your trip with a trolley ride. You can buy tickets in the condo office and that way you can get a lay of the land and find out what you want to come back and see. They will pick you up at the condo office area. Parking without the trolley downtown is $12 day at the garage or lots. I would just pay it instead of trying to find a "spot" on the street. Starting Nov 20th the trolleys also run the "Light the Night" course singing Christmas caroles and viewing the lights- its alot of fun!
Some favorites of mine(URL HIDDEN) One mile away by the pier: Wednesdays til noon there is a farmers market. In the summer/fall there are Wed. nite music on the beach by pier. Salt Life restaurant on the island (1 mile from the condo) will come pick you up or you can valet there- has great affordable food and music most evenings on the weekend. If you sit upstairs near the fire pit- you can see the sunset and the ocean- a real treat! The Taco Place & Rita’s gelato is also a local favorite
Downtown area- On Saturdays they have a Farmer’s market in the Amphitheater parking lot. The Ghost tours are fun. You can take carriage rides. II would also visit & tour the St. Augustine Distillery it also has classes to learn how to make your own drinks and the Ice House restaurant is attached- alittle pricey but good. Also San Sebastian Winery- has music most nights on the rooftop, finger foods and wine (you can do their tour too).
Lots to do! Enjoy-
This is a quiet community. Sorry- No parties, smoking or pets are allowed within the the rental program-
