Kinga's House is out favourite House in London. Small Clean Bright. We love the area where Ghandi was a student. We love the atmosfere of Baron's court neigborough and the Small shops. It was the second time we stayed there and we will come again

Nice cosy studio. It has just what you need. It's easy to go almost everywhere from there because of both the district and picadilly line. I may recommand earplugs on week-end nights if you are easily woken up as the flat is on the ground floor and you can ear the front door slammed. One night was quite ectic and the other very calm, so i guess it would depend on the neighbours activities.

The apartment is perfect for 2 people who want to stay in Kensington. Note that if you want to focus on sites in East London (The Tower, St. Paul's etc.) , you will not be close. For sites in Kensington and Westminster/ Victoria, the apartment was in a good location. Also, good location for getting to Paddington, if you are taking rail out of London on day trips. Great for those on a budget. We cooked breakfast in the flat every morning and made picnic lunches to take with us. It was also very nice to have a washing machine to do laundry. The flat is small, but not for London standards. I have stayed in much smaller places before and was actually expecting the flat to be smaller than it was based on other reviews. As others have said, the bathroom is very stuffy. However, if you leave the doors open to the rest of the flat when you shower, it dries out just fine. There is plenty of shopping nearby- you can get any groceries you need on your way to the flat from the tube station (West Kensington), which is only about a 5 minute walk. Also, there are good restaurants nearby. The only real negative thing about the flat was the bed. It could use a new mattress. The current one is very hard and you can feel all the springs. However, we were so tired after sight-seeing all day, that we were still able to sleep just fine. Overall it is a good place to stay in Kensington, especially if you are on a budget.

Place was cosy. Walkable to 2 stations on the tube. About 25mins train ride away from central London. Neighbourhood is quiet. Space of apartment was sufficient. Kinga wasn't around so her partner met and helped us with the check in. He was very helpful and clear to the point we didn't have to ask.any questions.

Kinga's flat is a great crash pad for a stay in London. It's close to two tube stations, near some great cafes, restaurants and bakeries, and the area is mostly quiet (save for the planes which can get a bit loud as they pass overhead). I only have a couple nit picky things about it: 1. The towels were very stiff and scratchy, so they were uncomfortable to use. New towels would easily solve that. 2. I'm a light sleeper, which was a bit of an issue since the flat was on the ground floor, near the building entrance, and the bed is right beside the door so I could hear everyone coming and going. 3. Related note to above, the walls were a bit thin so I could hear someone play their tv in the middle of the night. Other than that, it was clean, mostly comfortable (it's a small flat with a tiny shower), and the location is great.
