Equipped with everything you'll need to kick back and relax whilst only being a stones throw away from, public transport, restaurants, the beach, cafés, shops and a cinema. You'll love living here. It has been recently renovated and tastefully decorated for your pleasure.
This lovely unit will be super clean and tidy on arrival, is fully furnished, modern and immaculately kept. The living space is inviting and fresh. I would like I back in the same condition when you leave.

It is a very comfortable 1 bedroom living space, well positioned on the top corner of the 2nd floor. It is in a peaceful block of 12, bright and sunlit all day.
I've just recently installed brand new white blinds throughout and has stunning views and sunsets towards Botany Bay.
The apartment is fully self contained. It has a separate living area with HDMI TV, brand new Nick Scali leather sofa. An ottoman, table and chairs which doubles as a desk. The bedroom has double built-ins with a queen sized bed. Linen including, bedding and extra blankets can be provided on request. It is only suitable for couples or a single occupant.
The bathroom has a shower with a Satinjet shower-head and a bathtub. Hair dryer. Towels and bathmats are provided on request.
The kitchen comes with cookware, crockery, glassware, kitchen utensils and lots of appliances including a coffee machine that takes pods, toaster, hot water jug. There is also a microwave and a good sized fridge. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board also within apartment. Just bring your clothes and a suitcase. Everything else is provided.
I will personally come to greet you and let you in. If I am on holiday or away myself at the time you arrive and cannot let you in myself I will make sure there is someone to let you in and run you how everything works.
There is plenty of street parking at front and rear of the building if you have a car but not on the property itself.

Other things to note
Ideally I'm looking to for tenants needing longer term accommodation as this is not the same as a holiday rental. You would be living in a privately owned residence and are required to abide by the same by-laws as the rest of the tenants in the block and respect the neighbours. I do take shorter term guests in between so don't hesitate to contact me as I am flexible for the right people.
I do not accept smokers or noisy guests that do not respect my neighbours. It would be favourable if you have referrals from either previous airbnb stays, landlords or employers that can vouch for you.
This is a quite block of 12 units with permanent residents. If you want a place to party you would be better looking elsewhere as parties are not permitted.
The unit is to be left in the same clean and tidy state on departure. If commercial cleaning is required an additional cleaning fee will apply on top of the standard clean.
I'm a friendly, honest, reliable and genuinely helpful host and strive to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. I have a lot of local knowledge so if you need some tips or information you just have to ask. I'm always happy to give my guests advise and am very open and willing to assist if you have any questions or concerns. I take great pride in my properties and keep them in pristine condition so when you set foot in the door you will be impressed and feel good about your choice of accommodation.
