Two Bedroom flat located on the second floor of a period conversion and benefits from neutral décor, wood floor and spacious rooms, the property comprises reception room with open-plan kitchen and dining space, two good-sized bedrooms and bathroom.
The entire Flat including cooking facility, Washing machine, Bathroom & Living area, TV
The A40 is easily accessible to travel out of London.

We have and office open from 10am to 6pm MON-SUN and 24/7 by phone if necessary. We are always available in case you need us, we may be not present physically but you can be sure that you can count with us at all time, we are always available on the phone to answer any questions.

WE ONLY SPEAK ENGLISH, SPANISH AND PORTUGUESE.
We are no a hotel, but we do our best to satisfy our customer.
We do not have a reception at the flat or house so we do not have storage facilities, we do self check-in for free over the phone (please note you are responsible to contact us at all the time, unfortunately as we are a company based in the UK we only can give a call back to UK numbers).

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:
Please bring your photo ID with you matching your name on the reservation.
If we are away you may be checked-in by our representative or housekeeper. We will inform you in advance.
If you stay with me please note that If you have visit or guest are not allowed to get in the property.
Check in From 14:00: You can check in directly at the property. You should call us when you get to the property and we will give you the information required to get in and all the explanations you may need. We will provide you with our contact details after your reservation is confirmed.
Check in after 22:00 is subject to a £30 fee. You need to give us a call when you get to the property and we will give you the information required to get in and all explanations you may need.
Any late check-out which is not agreed by us will be charged to the guest at £30 per hour and payable to our cleaners
CHECK OUT: is until 10:00 am: You should leave the apartment any time before 10:00am you can just leave the keys inside the property and send us a message letting us know that you are leaving and the wedsite.
Please note we are not able to do an early check in or late check out, we have storage space available from 7:00am to 6:00pm the cost of the storage is £4 for small luggage and £6 for a large.
Or if you prefer at the Main stations like Victoria, Paddington, St Pancras other companies offer this services which could also be convenient if you are traveling from one of this stations (please check online).

Ensure the main door to the building is always locked when you come in or out.

Only people booked on the itinerary can stay in the apartment. No additional people without our consent.
Please do not use additional bed linens and towels bagged up and left for new visitors without permission.
Please do not flood the floor or outside the shower unit. The shower is for use by one person at a time.
The hosts request no loud behavior.
Please do NOT change TV settings.
PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THE INFORMATION PACK FOLDER FROM THE APARTMENT and leave on the table for next guests.
No smoking inside please and no pets.
No hair cutting and no shaving on the beds as bed sheets get ruined.
Please do not ruin our towels and sheets with make up removal or similar
Please air the place regularly by opening windows so that not to allow steam or condensation on windows.
Please do not switch off bathroom ventilation which must extract moist air during and after your shower.
Please switch off all appliances and lights when you are not in the flats.
No spilling of acid on the bathroom marble floor.
No eating and no oil in our beds.

OUR PROPERTIES ARE SELF-CATERING AND WE DO NOT PROVIDE SERVICES OTHER THAN IN THE LISTING DESCRIPTION.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE/ TOWELS AND BED CLOTHING
The apartment will be ready and cleaned for you before your arrival. Fresh towels and bed clothing are also provided and all is included in the total price. You will be given a set of towels per person. The Bedding provided in the flat is according to the number of people in the reservation, for example two people in a one bedroom flat, only the double bed for two people will be set up if you do need the use of the sofa bed and bedding a charge of £15 per night will be apply, this must be requested in advance.
The final cleaning is comprised in the total price, so you don't have to clean the apartment deeply. We only ask you not to leave it very dirty like dirty dishes pots and pans, empty bottles of beer, wine, etc…

The renter is responsible for the property during his occupation and will also be responsible for the correct and decent behavior of all the persons accompanying him/her, and specifically avoiding any activity that is against any law or public health. He will also undertake to keep the property clean and tidy and to replace any damages he has caused. Please bare in mind that you'll be staying in a residential building. You'll be expected to respect other residents in the building. Please observe that quiet is between 9:00 PM. And 10:00 AM. Any loud music or noise observed between these times may result in immediate eviction and loss of the damage deposit.
NO PARTIES ALLOWED OR SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY.
Pay attention to electric devices when leaving the apartment. Don't let them turned on as well as lamps, lights, and candles. Also don't forget open windows when leaving the property.
This apartment is personally managed. You can be in contact with us at any time thanks to our emergency call line. We also have an office open from 10am to 6pm for anything you need

We have a few parking spaces available in the area at a cost of £15 per day, if you need to park please ask in advance to check availability and convenience for you, free parking on the street Mon to Friday from 5 to 7:45am, Saturday & Sundays all day or £2 per hour on the meter
