Our house was designed by a German architect for a professor at Korea University. You will find a unique fusion of cozy German and Korean architectural feel at our place. I live here with my husband, daughter and son. we feel incredibly lucky to be able to live in this house and hope that our guests will also feel the same.
The guest quarters are on the second floor while my family occupies the first floor. Our goal is to make all of our guests feel as though they are visiting a distant relative in Korea. You will be welcomed into our house as part of the family and we hope that all our guests will feel like family.
Our location in Seoul makes it easy for our guests to reach famous places in Seoul by public transportation ($1 for public transport gets you to GyeongBokGung in 25 mins)
Our proximity to Bukhan Mt. (10 min. walk) and the traditional market makes it the ideal spot for guests who want to experience the nature-friendly side of Seoul in addition to all the busy shopping and nightlife.
There are three guest rooms in total:

2. A three-bed (one bunk bed,one single bed) bedroom with an optional bed to accommodate one extra guest (max. 4 persons).

Hi ! My name is Gyoung-Ok and live in Seoul with my husband, daughter,
son and Bori.
Bori is 2 years old dog and lives in her house in the front yard. She maybe hates cats so everyday does her best to put a cat out of her territory.
I was a guest a long time ago.
It is now a host.
I care about what my guests want from the bottom of my heart.
Because they are member of my family, though it is short time.
I love my hometown, which takes 2 hours 30 minutes from Seoul. It has beautiful landscape in 4 seasons. There are hot mineral water and sauna nearby SanJeong lake (which is located in a mountain) in there. In every winter, it opens the sled festival.
If you want to know about real Korean culture and find something special, I recommend you to go out to suburb of Seoul. I can go with you if you want. :) I also recommend jjimjilbang(Korean dry sauna) nearby Bukhansan(Mt.) in case you don't have enough time.
What I want to travel are Laos and Nepal.
I'm looking forward to going there someday.
I will be happy if I'm warmly welcomed there.
So I'll do my best to make you feel warmly welcomed and happy.
