Sea front cottage in Punta Mujeres town center. 3 floors, 2 bedrooms and 2 terraces right on the ocean. Ground Floor: ocean view living room, kitchen, bathroom. Fist floor: ocean view main bedroom, double bedroom and terrace. Second Floor: Terrace and laundry.

Other things to note

It's an old fishermen's house, that's what make this place unique. Don't expect the comfort of a modern hotel. Stairs to the first floor are quite narrow. Bathroom has a big shower but it's not spacious. Hot water pipeline only reach the shower, that means hot water is not available in the kitchen and bathroom sinks.

The location of the apartment is wonderful: from there you'll enjoy the view of the sea at any time of the day, from breakfast to after-dinner. The apartment is well-furnished and clean. We didn't met Matt, but he was very kind and we had no problems with check-in and check-out. If you want to live in a very typical Canarian village with the sound of the waves in background, this is absolutely one of the best choices!

Great app, fantastic sea view, very quiet location, Small shop just behind with everything you need. Deck chairs and a bigger terrace table would be a plus.

Really stylish house, with an absolutely beautiful view. Loved waking up to the sound of the sea. Well located, with a cafe/bar around the corner, and several more within 10 mins walk. Since we only stayed for four nights, we didn't hire a car, and that was fine for us - there's a bus stop 100m away and easy to walk into Arrieta. Thanks Matteo.

Matt is a great communicator, he is prompt, clear and very helpful. His apartment is perfectly placed for beautiful views and sunrises. He has decorated it with calm colours and the essential items are included i.e. kettle, toaster, hairdryer etc. Because of its location, the sound of the sea is such a comforting sound to drift off to sleep with. There are a few cafes and bars within a short walk, and the next village, Arrieta has a range of restaurants and bars as well. It is possible to walk to Arrieta, it takes about 20 minutes, there is also a supermarket in Arrieta. We loved this place, we felt welcomed and it was a great opportunity to recharge our batteries and relax away from everyone. Thank you Matt it was great to meet you.

We had a great stay. Punta Mujeres is a nice little quiet town with nice seafood restaurants nearby and a rock pool in the sea just outside the door.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Santiago - it was a peaceful spot and a great place to explore the island from. You will definitely need to rent a car to make the most of the trip from here however there are plenty of great local restaurants serving fresh seafood and traditional Canarian food (a welcome relief from the more touristy fare in the main resorts) in neighbouring Arrieta which are walking distance away. Matteo was a great host, very helpful on check in, and was easy to contact. The house itself was lovely, particularly the balcony on the first floor which gives great views of the sea - a great place to relax and listen to the ocean. We really did not want to leave and would highly recommend to those who want to experience the real Lanzarote.
