Enjoy the 400 thread count bed linens and fluffy cotton towels. White pool towels are also provided. The condo is fully stocked with kitchen utensils, pots and pans, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washer and dryer inside the apartment, iron, hair dryer, fridge, stove and oven. Just bring your bathing suit, tennis racket, fishing pole and your smile!
1. Please only park in your reserved underground parking space for your safety and security. We own two parking spaces #375 and #376, so only park in these spaces. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed by the condo association.
2. You can use the main entry code to enter the gym/spa/indoor pool.

Other things to note
There are two outdoor swimming pools and one indoor swimming pool. Two tennis courts are also on the property. There is an outdoor barbecue and picnic area as well as a fishing pier. There is a Spa on-site and you can book a relaxing massage by contacting them directly. There is also a gym and sauna at the Island. Use the main gate entry code to gain access to the gym and spa.
The Island is a family friendly community and is meant to be enjoyed by everyone equally. We ask that you treat our home and neighbors as your own and respect the privacy of others around you. No loud music or loud noises are permitted inside the apartment or in shared common areas. No lighted candles or incense burning permitted inside the apartment please. No glass containers are allowed by the pool. Kids under the age of 16 yrs need to be accompanied by an adult. There are community rules that are provided in the villa. If any disturbances or violations are reported you may be warned once, if there are continued disturbances then a portion of your security deposit may be waived or you may be asked to leave early. Absolutely No Smoking Indoors!!!
PETS: Pets are allowed on a limited basis at the owner’s discretion. Please check before booking.
ERROR/OMISSION: The owners will exercise care in avoiding conflicts with reservations; however, if through error/omission, the owners or other tenants are occupying the rental unit or the unit is otherwise unavailable for any reason on the dates of the rental agreement, and if substituted accommodations of a similar quality/price range are available when the error is discovered, we reserve the right to provide such accommodations at a rate within the price range of this agreement. Such arrangements may be accepted, or cancellation of this agreement will result in refund of deposit as liquidation damages. In no event will renter be permitted to demand removal of those occupying rental unit.
UNAVAILABILITY: The rental unit may become unavailable for rental for various reasons, including but not limited to, acts of nature, governmental regulations, health or safety concerns, construction of property. In the event the rental unit shall become unavailable for rental we will refund to renter all monies paid toward the rental. Renter shall not make any claims against the owner because of the unavailability of the rental unit, due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances.
CLAIMS: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner, owner’s agent or employees, and its contractors and employees from any claim or demand arising from any use of the rental unit or property.
NUMBER OF GUESTS: There shall be no more people in the rental unit than the unit will sleep. This number is indicated above. Use of tents or RVs is not allowed on the premises. At no time during the rental period will there be a large party or group in the rental unit or on the property upon which the rental unit is located. In the event that it appears too many people are in the unit or on the property where the unit is located. We reserve the right to inspect the rental unit and require extra people to leave immediately. Additional problems of any nature including rowdy behavior or excessive noise, or evidence that unlawful acts have been committed, will result in all occupants of the rental unit property being required to vacate the premises immediately with loss of rents and deposits. NO KEG BEER ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES. NO BAR-B-CUE GRILLS PERMIITED ON THE BALCONY PER HOA RULES.
ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES. Should a house party be discovered or reported to the owner, occupancy will be terminated with no refund of rent/security deposit.
SMOKING: Strictly forbidden inside the unit or on decks. Please restrict smoking to the exterior grounds.
STUDENTS: The rental unit is for families only, students require continuous supervision.
EQUIPMENT FAILURE: There will be no refunds or discounts due to air conditioning, heating or appliance failures. Failures will be repaired as quickly as possible.
LINENS: Linens shall not be removed from the rental unit at any time. There will be a charge for linens that are missing/damaged and unusable.
GARBAGE: Loose garbage is not to be placed in outside containers. All trash must be tied in plastic bags, and must be placed in the receptacles provided
BASIC NECESSITIES: Rental unit is furnished with basic necessities; however, you are responsible for bringing extra folding chairs for outside use, large plastic trash bags, toiletries, etc.
CLEANING: You understand that you are expected to straighten up the rental unit prior to departure. All furniture should be returned to its original location. Dirty dishes are not to be left in the kitchen sink, counter top or refrigerator. If dishes are left in the dishwasher, we do ask that the dishwasher be turned on prior to your leaving. No open or perishable food products that you have brought into the unit should be left behind. You understand that failure to comply with the departure checklist provided by owner may result in an excessive cleaning charge to cover the additional cost of cleaning the home.
BOAT DOCK: Due to unforeseen weather changes and varying lake levels the dock may not be functional at the time of your stay.
ELEVATOR: Three elevators are available on the property for your use.
BONFIRES: There are to be no outside fires other than that of the BBQ Grill provided in the lawn. Do Not light a fire or grill anything on the balcony please.
NOTE: DO NOT DIVE INTO THE WATER FROM THE DOCK. HAZARDS ARE BELOW THE WATER AND CAN CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH. THE LAKE HAS INHERENT HAZARDS - OLD RUSTED FISHING TACKLE, FISHING LINE, ROCKS, SNAKES, SUBMERGED OBJECTS, ETC. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK AND WITH A BUDDY.
