This cozy, two bedroom condo is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the ski base area and free shuttle stop. With comfortable sleeping for six, this is a great place for families or a group of friends!

The owners have named this condo with their Louisiana roots in mind and encourage you to enjoy a little “spice” while on vacation. Cook up a pot of jambalaya or any of your favorite meals in the recently upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Utilize the bar seating to converse with the chef or sit down to the dining table for a family style meal. Step out onto the slopeside balcony with an apres ski drink and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

The first bedroom, with a king size bed and full bathroom, is located on the main level. The second level is accessed by spiral staircase and hosts a queen bed and four twin beds along with a second, full bathroom. A conversion strap and pad is available to create a king bed using two of the twins. (Please setup with our office in advance.)

Have we mentioned the hot tub yet? There is a shared outside hot tub that offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Also for guest convenience there is a shared, coin-operated laundry room on-site for the condos as well two off street parking spaces are included with the rental.

This condo is cozy, affordable, and close to the lifts and all the shops and restaurants. You cannot ask for a better location!

Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Please note that both the front and rear parking lots are first come, first serve and the parking pass does not guarantee a parking space.

Local tax and fees are built into the nightly rate. The cleaning fee is additional and may be up to $125 depending upon the number of people and number of nights. These taxes and fees do not include Airbnb guest service fees.

We appreciate your understanding in the above matters and do not hesitate to contact us with questions.

Interaction with guests

We are available via phone and e-mail during normal working hours. There is also an emergency line. We love interacting with our guests; but let them decide the level of interaction.

This little chalet was in such a great location! We loved being right by the slopes and the bus route to town. The unit was clean and had everything we needed to be there for four nights. We were able to cook in a few nights which was nice. The open loft area was nice as well. This unit is good for families or people who know each other really well because the loft area doesn't have any privacy. We will definitely be back with our family! What a plesant and inviting place!

Heather and cohorts had good communication… super accommodating and helpful. As for the unit and complex... it is good location, nice clean condition for an old building and condo was clean & comfy.

What a perfect place to spend our Christmas holiday! The Cajun Chalet was excellent - clean, convenient and no details overlooked - including hooks on the mantle on which to hang the stockings! Easy walk to skiing and shuttle bus. We found it easiest to leave skis at the valet at the base for $5 rather than carrying them back and forth each day. The condo is perfect for a family - the master is on the first floor and the 5 beds are in the loft. Management company was wonderfully communicative - called about the weather, and got us the keys with no hassle! Thanks so much for providing a great home base for our holidays!
