You will feel at home in our newly renovated, fully furnished apartment. The location of the apartment is ideal for those who are looking for quick connection to the city center and appreciate the peace of our green and family-friendly district. The apartment is located near the western entry to the city and is easily accessible from A2-west highway. Good news for all those arriving with their own vehicle: our district is one of the last in Vienna in which the on-street parking is free of charge.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a well maintained residential building with elevator. It consists of a large living room / bedroom with integrated, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, a hallway and a storage room. This 36m2 aparment was completely renovated in January 2016 and lovingly furnished.
In the living room / bedroom you will find a 160 cm-wide double bed, a large wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, a 140cm-wide sofa bed with very good mattress quality, a dining table and a coffee table. The sofa bed provides sleeping space for up to two more people. The kitchen is equiped with quality appliances from Bosch and Siemens (Stove with 4 ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer), kettle, espresso machine 'Nespresso', cooking and eating utensils. The bathroom has a shower, a washing machine and a wash basin with mirror cabinet. The storage room offers enough space for storing suitcases and other large artifacts. You'll also find an iron, an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and a clothes drying rack. Furthermore bed linen, towels, bath towels and tea towels etc. are all available in the apartment.
The gas heating can be individually adjusted to your needs.
The apartment is used exclusively by the guests.
Interaction with guests
We almost always welcome our guests in person. During your stay we are available for any questions in person, by phone or email. We speak fluent German and English.
Other things to note
The apartment is offered only as a holiday home i.e. as a second home and not as a primary residence. This is explicitly accepted by the tenant. The tenant declares that he has a different main residence or primary place of residence.
We can not accommodate pets. This is a pet–free, non smoking appartment. No additional guests are allowed without prior consultation. The guests are requested to abide the house rules that govern well-being of all occupants in the building.
