The apartment is very well located, you can find bus stations in a very easy way, a super market, Nijo Castle. You can find all amenities according to the publication. Good communication with Toshitaka.

Great location and value. I made a mistake with my booking, and Toshitaka was very nice and helpful about it

This room is nice for anyone who prefers to cook a bit for themselves or wants a place centrally with easy access to tourist attractions. The room might be a bit tiny for two people and their luggage, but that shouldn’t be a problem at all if it’s just a place to sleep and rest in between the many experiences Kyoto has to offer. Toshitaka responded to any questions quickly, finding the place and getting keys was easy and the kitchen was well equipped (better than usual in the case of such rooms around Japan). All in all I was very happy with the place during my month-long stay.

This place was great. Smaller than expected, but a surprisingly quaint and homey vibe to comfort that homesickness. Completely furnished and stocked with what ever you might need. Mr. Toshitaka is quick to answer any questions through chat, which is very much appreciated. There was a little smell coming from the sink, but he answered me quickly and sent someone to check on it. Turns out the drain just needed some good ol' sink cleaner. (: Not /super/ central, but right next to a central bus stop, which is very important in Kyoto, since the main type of public transport is bus. You can get daily passes for just ¥500, so travel around the small city is affordable, making the lack of centrality on this apartment perfectly workable. It's a small walk away from a convenience store and a full-out grocery store; couple that with the full kitchen if that's your fancy, you're set. The futons aren't out of this world, but it's comfortable enough if you're not picky. Aside from that, overall wonderful choice that I don't regret and definitely wouldn't have minded staying longer, so if you're looking for something on the long-term side, you've found it. Happy travels ~

It is what it says it is: a very small apartment. That said, it's got everything you need. Good kitchen, shared washing machine, etc. It's a bit of a walk from the trains but right next to a bus stop. You have to carry your luggage up five floors, but only once, after all. Neighbors are quiet, balcony has a view - all in all, I enjoyed my stay. It's a good value for the money.
