This completely restored, tastefully furnished 200+ year old 3-story house is located in the heart of Baltimore's vibrant, historic Fells Point. The waterfront neighborhood features numerous restaurants, bars and shops, just steps away.
The house has been whimsically decorated with Baltimore themed art and photos, vintage beverage posters, and an unusual cork wall. Three hi-def TVs, a stereo system, and wi-fi present numerous entertainment options. In addition to the 2 queen beds in the bedrooms, and a double bed in the loft, there is a pull-out sleep sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to prepare meals.
You will be renting the entire 3-story house, including a charming private courtyard with outdoor seating and a gas grill.

Other things to note
A keyless entry system makes the arrival and departure process extremely simple.
Lancaster House has been a short-term rental for ten years, and our many guests have invariably treated the property with the utmost care and respect.
I purchased the house in 1978, when it was barely a shell. My wife Judy and I lived in it for several years while I was renovating it. We moved out in the mid-80s, and the office for my advertising agency was located here for a while. Then it was rented as a residence for a decade. In 2003, I undertook another major renovation, furnished the house, and began renting short-term. Since then, hundreds of guests have enjoyed the ambiance of Lancaster House, and I have enjoyed meeting and making friends with many of them.
