A very beautiful and friendly, artistic atmosphere!

The space

This is one of our two bed & breakfast rooms, one is situated on the ground floor and the second one is on the first floor. The photos shown here are of both rooms and the premises.

It's a very comfortable room with a double bed and adjacent bathroom. There is a possibility to add a childrens / baby bed to the room. Breakfast is included in the room price, dinner is possible at request.

The Château was built around 1850 in the late Napoleontic style. It is situated on a hill with stunning views over the sunflowered hills of the Lot et Garonne area, also known as French Toscany.

The Château has a magnificant garden with a swimming pool surrounded by beautiful mature trees. Worth while a visit are bastide villages Penne d'Agenais, Villeneuve-sur-Lot et Pujol, and a wide variety of castles such as Château Biron and Château Bonaguil.

The area is famous for it's quality food and wine produce. Apart from sightseeing, other activities are: walking, cycling, horseback riding, golf, tennis, fishing, swimming, visiting vineyards and trips on the river Lot.
Toulouse and Bordeaux are a 1,5 hour drive away.

We are looking forward to welcome you at "Chateau de Barry", please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Very nice place, quiet and cozy. The rooms are large and well decorated. The hosts are really welcoming and always available to help. I hope we come back and make the most of the swimming pool, this time

We don't live in this beautiful mansion all year around but when we do we like receiving guests from all over the world and share the good feeling of our mansion.
We like travelling ourselves as well and have visited many, many different countries.
My husband Bas, loves cycling, painting, reading. And I (Karin) am a professional ceramist and my studio, where I work is attached to the house. We both also love going to the theatre, concerts and films as well as having a lovely french dinner in a good restaurant.
Miro our dog (Golden retriever) loves people and is very friendly.
