Our newly remodeled condo featuring new flooring and cabinetry, granite counters in the bathrooms and kitchen, stainless steel appliances, internet, Direct TV, new furniture and decor, is located in the recently renovated Ski and Racquet Club at the south end of Main Street, a ten minute walk from downtown, in Breckenridge, CO.
The complex features an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, basketball court, sauna, with assigned covered parking and elevators.

The space

Our newly remodeled condo featuring new flooring and cabinetry, combination safe, granite counters in the bathrooms and kitchen, stainless steel appliances, internet, Direct TV, new furniture and decor, is located in the recently renovated Ski and Racquet Club at the south end of Main Street, a ten minute walk from downtown, in Breckenridge, CO.

Over $2.1 million in renovations have been made to this complex, making it one of the most desirable locations in Summit County. This complex features a clubhouse with: indoor swimming pool, pool table, sauna, and hot tub. Outside there is a fire-pit, tennis court, basketball court, and sand volleyball, plus is a short bus ride to downtown Breckenridge and ski slopes. The free bus stops right outside the complex.

Our condo is over 1,000 sq. ft. with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which easily accommodates 7 sleepers. We are located on the penthouse level with an elevator, for easy access with sporting equipment.

This condo’s greatest asset is the breathtaking view from the living room, master bedroom and the balcony, of surrounding mountains including ski slopes.  Life will immediately seem less stressful, and you will be reminded how important it is to have time for the people and activities you love.

There is plenty of room for skis and snowboards in the condo. We provide reserved covered parking for one large vehicle or two compacts; plus there is additional free guest parking at the complex.

Guest access

We are located on the penthouse level with an elevator (note many condo's do not have elevators).

Reserved covered parking for two vehicles is provided (located next to the elevator). On-site free parking is also provided for additional guest.

There is a free shuttle bus stop located steps from the condo that provides transportation to downtown Breckenridge and ski slopes.

The condo has a private balcony with outdoor seating and tables and new gas Weber grill.

Guest can enjoy access to the condo clubhouse including indoor swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, pool table.

Other complex amenities include coin operated laundry, fire-pit, outdoor tennis court, basketball court and sand volleyball court.

Other things to note

We are located at the south end of Main Street, a short walk to downtown shopping, dining, pubs and many other activities.
Inside the condo we provide a combination safe for your valuables.
We possess a Breckenridge Business License.

Jennie Leech is the owner of the unit and the guest agrees as follows:

The guest is an adult at least 22 years old, and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period. Other occupants will be family members, friends, responsible adults and/or children under adult supervision.  Use of the premises which results in complaints of excessive noise may be cause for immediate termination and forfeiture of the guest's rent.

This is a nonsmoking condo.  Please smoke outside the unit. Smoking inside condo will result in forfitier of security deposit.

People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property.

This unit is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.

Only use appliances for their intended uses.


Parking: Reserved covered parking is limited to two (2) vehicles.  Vehicles are to be parked in designated B-P5 parking area only.  Additional guest parking is available in designated guest parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted.  Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. The assigned parking space, B-P5 is adjacent to building B’s elevator.

Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit.

Washer/Dryers: Coin operated washer/dryers are located on the 1st floor of the building. Please remove lint from dryer prior to and after use. Do not leave any clothes in laundry room overnight or for long periods of time.

Condo Hot Tub and Swimming Pool: The hot tub and swimming pool is located in the building clubhouse. No children under the age 12 are permitted in hot tub or pool at any time without adult present. Infants are not allowed in hot tub. When using the hot tub or swimming pool, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this. Use at your own risk. Clubhouse hours are from 9:00am to 9:00pm.

Storms: No refunds will be given for storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Roads are well maintained; however, we highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions.

Check-in time is 3:00PM and check-out time is 11:00AM

A damage deposit of $250 is required. The damage deposit is not applied to the final payment, but is fully refundable 7 days after departure via credit back of how payment was made, i.e. credit card, etc., provided the following provisions are met:
a. No damage is done to the condo
b. Dishes are washed
c. Condo is left in the same condition as arrival
d. Used towels and linens are placed in bathroom tub
e. No art, furniture, dishes, linens, etc.are taken or damaged

CANCELLATION: A minimum of 30 days notice is required for cancellation.

ACCESS: I will send a four digit code for access into the condo approximately 2 weeks prior to your arrival.

KEYS: Keys to the clubhouse and laundry will be left for you in the condo. Please leave in the condo upon departure.

ENJOY YOUR STAY: A welcome book will be provided if you would like to provide other guests a list of things you enjoyed or things to avoid. I would appreciate it if you would share your positive input on the (website hidden) website. If you don't have the link I will send it to you upon your return home. Beautiful condo with great views of the mountains. Place was well equipped with basics...like spices, foil, and such which was a nice surprise. Great location where our teenagers could walk to Main St and visit their friends. Owner was excellent at any communications. Clubhouse was a bit outdated, but clean, and we were often the only people in the pool and hot tub.

We enjoyed are stay. Condo was well stocked. Looked to be recently redone on inside. Nice quality materials. Building from outside is older but inside nice and bigger space inside than many newer units in area Covered parking is a nice bonus. Short walk to free bus to base of peak 9. All questions quickly answered. We would stay here again. Good value

My husband David and I have just retired and live ½ time in Nashville, Tennessee and the other ½ in Breckenridge, Colorado. David, originally from New Orleans, and I, from Glasgow, Kentucky, met in Nashville. We have a daughter and two granddaughters who live in Denver, Colorado, with grandchildren and other family living throughout the south. These two locations are perfect for us due to the nearness to family and friends, and both cities are so very friendly, activity oriented and fun filled.

We purchased both of these properties because of their perfect locations, blocks from downtown (we walk everywhere), and the best views from our balconies of any other condo in either town. The condos come with reserved covered parking, with extra parking for guests. Both towns have a small town feel with warm, friendly people, and offer everything we were looking for.
