The space
The Chalet has awesome green pastoral views of the 70 acre farm with 60+ Miniature RARE-BREED animals and Giant Moa (4.3m high mascot) Ostrich & Emu. An "animal lovers paradise"! Perfect for introduction to animals with awesome "selfie options"! Lovable Kitten-Heaven and Puppyland (in season)
NOTE: Also available - Bungalow (3-7p), Studio (4p) Homestead rooms - Queen/ensuite (2-3p) Family/private bathroom (2-4p) Double/ensuite Room (2p) PLEASE NOTE: There is a $20 charge for children 1-2 yrs being the addition requirements with supervision of small animals and the Petting Farm experience.

PLEASE respect check in times - AFTER 3pm - remember to message ETA. Parking right outside the Chalet. Verander space for relaxing and enjoying the view. Check which paddocks you can visit animals before entering. FREE Wifi. Breakfast 7.30 - 9pm unless pre-arranged. Animal tours 4pm .

Footwhistle Glow-worm cave dusk tour is an awesome experience in the evening if you have a love for "natural & personal trip" - $55 per person for 1 and 1/2hrs including Kawa Kawa Tea at the Maori Ponga Tea Hut and walking up 120 stairs thru a "galaxy of glow-worms"! ASK FOR DETAILS!!
Ostrich Omelette (in season) $5 for a 2 person omelette!
You are staying as our guest in our home environment on a working farm with an enthusiastic couple of retirees....relax, and be understanding. There will be others staying on the farm and we can only be in one place at a time. While our animals are quiet and people-friendly, they are still animals - so supervise children carefully.
