Jen and Mike warmly welcomed us upon our arrival. Their home is set off the main road in a tranquil environment. It is best to have a car to get there. From our room up a flight of stairs we were able to watch the daily antics of highland cattle, deer and stag in the distance and the gentle movement of the sheep as they grazed on the grass closer to the house. The breakfasts were wonderful and set us up for the day ahead for discovering the Ilse of Mull and Iona. Jen and Mike provided a range of choice of breakfast foods which were delicious. They were only too willing to help us in any way to have a comfortable stay. It was wonderful to stay here at Jen and Mike's place and we highly recommend booking in some time here with these lovely warm people.

Jen and Mike are a lovely, welcoming couple. The location is secluded while also providing a location that is very easy to get around because it's close to one of the main roads and just outside of Craignure where the ferry is located. Our room overlooked a pasture that frequently had "hairy coos," which was fun to look out at during the morning as we enjoyed breakfast. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Mull.

This is with no exaggeration the best B&B I have ever stayed at. From the warmest of welcomes when you arrive to the spacious, comfortable accommodation, delicious breakfast, home baked cakes left in your room, helpful suggestions and gorgeous surroundings, Jen and her husband have thought of everything to make your stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. I cannot recommend High Oatfield highly enough.

We found it a little tricky to find, but well worth it! We were made very welcome and the room was lovely, the location brilliant for wildlife watchers, and the host was very helpful. We hope to return

This was one of a few bed and breakfasts that we stayed at on our two weeks tour of the U.K. and Ireland. It was by far the best. High Oatfield is on a very scenic part of Mull and would recommend it to anyone visiting this area.

I have lived on the Isle of Mull for 21 years and I love it. I enjoy walking my 4 dogs and taking them to agility. I like to cook and try to have fresh baking for our guests every day. I am the leader of the local volunteer fire station which I really enjoy, being able to help my…
