It is a nice apartment in Salerno located close to the beach. However, we had to go by car to the City Center and it's always difficult to park the car there. Lauras son welcomed us punctually and explained us everything in the Apartment. Laura reacted always very quickly to my questions. I would recommend this location.

We loved our stay here. It was a perfect spot close to the city center. It was a beautiful walk. The beach is right across the street and we loved the bright/airy feel of the apartment.

I can't say enough about the location, especially if you don't want to be surrounded by other tourists. The apartment is in a relatively quiet neighborhood. It is an easy 20 minute walk from the train station, one of the ferry terminals and the old part of town. It's also close to some of the best pizza in the world. We felt welcome by Laura's helper and it was so nice to have a few snacks and beverages after a long day of traveling.

Had such a great time, although a little away from the centre it was only round the block from the beach and close to restaurants and a supermarket. Would definitely stay here again!

What we liked. 1. The flat itself - it is very spacious and cozy, it has two rooms and kitchen. Also there is a balcony where you can have a meal. 2. Location - 24-hour Carrefour food shop is just 2 minutes walk. The beach in front of the house is small and not very tidy but in 10-15 minutes walk there is a beach which is OK. It is near McDonalds. 3. Internet - WiFi was strong and fast. 4. The host Laura is a super-super-super-helpful person. We had a couple of issues. She reacted immediately and solved them in the blink of an eye. Although we haven't met once she was always ready to help make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you, Laura. What we didn't like. 1. The tiny shower cabin. 2. Location (yeah, it's location again) - the house is located in about 30 minutes walk from the train station. If you want to get to Pompei, Amalfi, Maiori, etc. you need to get to the train station. We didn't figure out how to use local buses to get there. It seems they go so rare that it is faster to go on foot. So we walked to the train station almost every day. It was pleasant to have a walk along the sea but it took time. So if you don't like to walk you'd better get familiar with how Salerno buses work. Overall it was good and comfortable stay, we enjoyed our time in Salerno and on the Amalfi coast.

We were met by Laura's helper, Jay who showed us around the apartment . The apartment was fine and had almost all of the amenities we needed. Laura was good with communication when we needed to contact her. We found a fantastic restaurant nearby called Ristopub Meaculpa . The local seafood and pasta was excellent and our host Emilio was a pleasure.
