This exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and quaint, had a great view of the city, and the double beds allowed us to get some good rest. Ratsko was very communicative and friendly and professional. He has a nook/patio outside the actual BnB room for guests that is wonderful for a drink at night. Just a word of warning that there is a decent stair climb (about 200 stairs) down and up to Old Town. This is not unique to this BnB - the city is on a hill so you will experience this in many places but just something to keep in mind.

Perfect apartment to stay in. The photos don't do it justice. This room deserved to be priced far higher than what is advertised. Rastko was very helpful, and keen to give advice on where to go in Dubrovnik.

Oh my god! Nice hosts, Nice location, Nice place, Nice view, big Space, wonderfull room, extra King size beds, Nice terrace, garden. Ok, if you really need a kitchen, you'll pass your way, but if you need a room and care about your budget, break it ! I Work at a Marriott hôtel, and there is absolutely no way that you find such a room In any hôtel for that price anywhere. Go, go, go. Best quality/price ever ( and we tried 4 different airbnb in Dubrovnik) . Only one weak point : it is an old house ( so charming !), and if your neighbour is a stupid drunk high heels 5am inside walking, it's making you feel Life killing humans. But... price selects, a bit... We' ll be back in Dubrovnik, here, or never.

Really enjoyed visiting Dubrovnik - Rastko and his family were very welcoming, the room was large, clean and with a view of the sea from the window and shared balcony area. Good location for exploring the old town.

Rastko was a fantastic host! He welcomed us with jokes, and was a warm host the three days we stayed in Dubrovnik. We loved our stay here - the location of the room was absolutely perfect and the view was amazing. Honestly, it was hard to leave!

We had a great time in Dubrovnik. Rastko and his wife are very nice. The place is perfect : a big garden, a spacious room and a beautiful see view ! I recommend it.

Perfecte locatie, mooie ruime kamer, prachtig uitzicht en lieve eigenaren. Minpunten: slechte WiFi verbinding, douchekop moet je vasthouden en airco verspreid de koude lucht nauwelijks.

Response from Rastko:
The first off ,they were the first guests to complain about AC.We told them to keep the windows closed. They did not do it and normally could not achieved desired temperature as they air conditioning area around.. Wi-FI was not our fault, and was a problem only one day even not whole day.T-com service came and solve the problem. They told us about that only one night and never again. And have written it looks like it was generally very bad as the AC. Absolutely incorrect. Regarding shower wall clips it was a problem,we did not check it.
