Our two bedroom penthouse apartment is ideally located in Camps Bay. High enough up the mountain slope to afford a spectacular view but low enough to stroll down to the beach or village. With plenty of space to relax and spend days watching spectacular sunsets, this idyllic penthouse is best suited for a sophisticated couple with additional bunk-bed accommodation for 2. The apartment is one of only two on the property. It is NOT part of a multi-apartment block.
The house consists of:
2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen size bed, 1 with bunk beds.
Main bedroom: Queen size bed with a sliding door to the balcony, with spectacular beach, sea and mountain views. En-suite bathroom with bath and bidet, and of course, a spectacular view of Camps Bay beach. The bedroom has a flat screen TV with satellite channels and a walk in closet.
2nd bedroom: The study has a comfortable bunk beds, with a sliding door to balcony with spectacular beach, sea and mountain views. Built in cupboards.
Lounge / Dining Room: Open plan lounge dining room. Large sliding door brings the outside in on warm summer days. Lounge leads on to large outdoor balcony which is great for breakfast al fresco.
The kitchen has all the necessary modcons - dishwasher, double fridge, glass top stove and double oven.
Access is up a set 11 shallow stairs from road level through a security gate to front door.

Although we will not be onsite, arrangements have been made for a contact person to assist and to answer any queries at all times.
Other things to note
The house is on one level only. A shallow flight if stairs leading up to the entrance from road level. This listing is best suited to 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 young children.
We ask that guests treat our home as they would treat their own home. There is no curfew but we ask that guest respect our neighbors and refrain from loud music and parties after 10pm on week nights and 12am on week ends.
We ask that guests refrain from smoking on this property.
