Overall good, view is amazing, pools are simply small Jacuzzis.

I ultimately landed up at a different building, so the pictures don't match as the locations were different, but everything was great. BridgeStreet communicated about the change via phone and email and my new location was only a block away. The check in process was the easiest one yet, and much appreciated. There were small bottles of everything that I needed including detergent which was super helpful as I was traveling for 2.5 weeks total. The fees were definitely higher than other Airbnbs, but it came with other services so I understand. I would definitely recommend them, and would stay again.

Great location. A lot of great restaurants nearby. Short walking distance to Ballston metro and grocery store -- you really don't need a car at this location. The apt was clean and nicely decorated -- very modern. Concierge staff was very helpful and friendly. The only negative was the construction nearby -- some sidewalks are closed and workers start very early in the morning. Will definitely stay here again though. Great place.

I've used AirBNB quite a lot & this was the first time communication was lacking. Bridgestreet is a management company & they manage many properties, but no one would respond to my questions the day before my trip as to where we were staying & how to get the keys. I had an 8 hour drive to my destination & left home not knowing if I would have a place to stay. 6 hours into my drive I finally got an answer as to where we were staying & then it was changed 10 minutes later. And then it was changed a third time! When we got to our destination, everything went fine. Our keys were waiting, but there was no parking assignment, so we kept having to move our car around. The apartment was nice & clean & they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom place for our trouble, which was appreciated.

We didn't get the suite that's shown in the picture, unfortunately, cause it looks bigger than the one we were given, but our suite, which was on the top floor (17th) turned out to be quite lovely. I had a couple of issues, first the floors were't clean, they needed to be vacuumed & mopped, even though there was a vacuum in the suite, it was broken. The dishwasher, although looks new, doesn't dry your dishes and therefore when I first opened it, the smell of baked on old food and musty water, slapped me in the face. Also the bed was comfortable but the pillows were horrible to sleep on, with feathers poking you in the face as you sleep, so definitely bring your own pillows. We stayed for one week, and I felt there was a slight lack of cooking tools (ie. cheese grater, non-stick frying pan), so if you plan on using the kitchen while you stay there, bring some extra cooking utensils/tools, or prep your food before you leave home. Otherwise, the amenities of the building itself, are lovely. I give the whole experience about a 7/10.

The experience at the View was overall a positive experience. The place was very clean and was real nice, with modern design. The kitchen appliances were top notch. Just one thing to keep in mind is that the room you may get might not be the one exactly in the pictures. Our room was a little bit different, but more or less was comparable. The View is a modern apartment building with amenities, lots of stuff nearby (including a nice bagel shop across the street), pretty close (about 5 minutes) walking distance to the rail transit station to get into DC, and an overall great street with a bunch of nice restaurants close by. Likewise, there is a parking garage available for $10/day, which was well worth it for the really cold winter time we had our stay. The garage is directly underneath the building and had an elevator to take you right to your room. The property is managed by a larger property management company, and therefore it will feel very much like a hotel, from check-in to the room itself, compared to a typical privately held AirBnB apartment. Overall, it was a great experience. Very conveniently close to Washington DC, while still having a decent amount of stuff nearby.
