It's about Location !
This oceanfront property has a traditional Hawaiian plantation vibe and is literally steps away from the seaside town of Kailua-Kona. Across the street from the beach and loads of restaurants, bars, shopping etc. Kona is the perfect home base to explore the Island.
The spacious unit is a hotel-style room decorated with a modern island flair. Snack area boasts small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker and grinder.
AC, TV, Wi-Fi, and beach gear all included.
Kailua-Kona is a really cool seaside town. Loads of eating options, shopping, bars and beautiful sunsets ! My condo is the absolute perfect place to stay to experience all Kona has to offer. There is a good sized fresh water pool, hot tub steps from my place and clean well maintained BBQ's for your use. Less than 5 minute drive to stock up at Walmart, Safeway and just a 10 min drive to Costco.
The grounds are covered with plants and flowers like the old plantation style of living. Welcome !
Onsite parking is free at the hotel/complex, please pick up a parking pass in the main lobby of the hotel/complex. Parking is on a first come first serve basis. Additional paid parking is available underground across the street ( Ali'i Drive side ) next to Bubba Gump's for $5.00 a day. If your standing facing the front door of Bubba's then the parking lot is directly right and the entrance goes underground. Easy to spot during daylight hours but a bit more challenging after dark.
