I don't know how to answer this except to say it's unfair and not true. Okay, maybe there was noise from next door, I don't know, but we've never had that before and it's been years. As far as the place not being clean, I deny that. The beds are wonderful! And the floors squeak?? This is crazy fussiness. I can only refer potential guests to the multitude of favorable reviews, people who found the place spic and span.
