This was a great location for visiting the nearby universities. You have your own space and bathroom, but get to enjoy the family atmosphere as you come and go. The hosts are friendly and responsive. I mentioned a problem with a bathroom drain as I left in the morning, and it was fixed by my return. I'll certainly try to book with them for any return visits to Waterloo.

The room was comfortable. It was nice to have our own bathroom. Quiet neighborhood. The map on the wall of Waterloo's transit system was helpful. There was a welcoming letter and folder with a map of the university along with some coupons for places to eat. Coffee, tea, juice, and some delicious bread. Modern, clean and spacious.

Maïté And Florian’s place was very handy to uptown Waterloo shops, transpotation, and an easy walk to Waterloo campus. There was a desk and good lighting which was handy, and a small refrigerator, thoughtfully stocked with water and juice. There was also a kettle and tea/coffee, and some breakfast bread and jams, which was a nice touch. Maite and Florian were lovely hosts!

The neighborhood was calm and relaxing place to stay. The house is just a minute walk from the nearest bus stop on King St. The private bedroom had bagel and coffee in addition to its own mini-fridge stocked with water and juice. Would readily recommend their place to anyone visiting Waterloo!

We originally come from France. We are working at the university of Waterloo and the Perimeter Institute. We have a daughter of one year and a half. We like doing sports and enjoying the Canadian wilderness.
