2 minutes walk to picturesque swimming beach and within 10 minutes walk to Kaiteriteri restaurants, general store and tourist activities including kayaking, paddle-boarding, sailing, cycling, and water taxis to explore the renowned Able Tasman National Park.
Guests have exclusive use of ground floor apartment. The lower lawn is shared with the owners whom live on the first floor of the two storey building. The owners require exclusive use of the garages at ground floor level and all indoor and outdoor spaces at the first floor level. The driveway is shared with off street parking for one guest car beside the Beach Apartment.

Other things to note
We recommend a minimum stay of 3 nights to enjoy a one day visit into the Able Tasman National Park with another day or more to enjoy the wide range of tourism destinations and activities in Tasman Bay and Golden Bay.. The Tasman area has splendid wineries, restaurants, artists and many beautiful scenic places to visit. Golden Bay offers many unique experiences (Anatoka salmon farm fishing, Te Waikoropupu Springs, The Grove & Labyrinth Rocks, Farewell Spit, etc). The town of Takaka is only one hours drive from Beach Apartment.
The apartment is self contained. We do not offer breakfast.
Guest are expected to respect the dual occupancy of the two apartments on the land, No parties. No excessive noise after 10 pm. The restaurants and bar at Kaiteriteri provide good social environments.
No pets. No smoking inside the building but ok on lower lawn or in the adjacent park.
My wife, Cheryl and I are spending our retirement in Little Kaiteriteri because of its great environment and weather. We enjoy swimming, cycling, golf and the company of other people. We have been fortunate to visit many countries around the world for business and/or pleasure.
