We had an overall disappointing experience. First of all, the apartment is located on a very very busy road, in front of the traffic light. Cars were stopping at every hour of the night. It's was hard to sleep even late at night. So, during the summer, you couldn't open the window. The noise makes the terrace not usable. Secondly, when we entered the apartment we realised the dish washer was missing. Thirdly, there was a smell of cigarette in the apartment when we arrived, even though this is a non-smoking apartment However, I have to say that the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was generally well equipped, the TV had many channels in different languages, Wi-Fi was fast enough. It's location is great, 3 mins walk downhill to the Lugano Art & Culture Center. There was not parking provided, but we used the parking nearby.

Yes due to its location is does mean road noise is to be expected unfortunately! Thank you for raising the point that it smelt of cigarette smoke. It is indeed non-smoking there so we are sorry to hear a previous guest ignored these rules. Regarding the missing dishwasher, did you see it as confirmed on the amenity list? Best wishes!

Comfortable apartment, the highlight is the large terrace (AstroTurf) with some nice privacy blinds. The only real issue with the apartment is the noise pollution from the main road Via Clemente. Weekday mornings at 7:00 am... lots of cars passing by. Shouldn't be a problem if you're a morning person! There's a cafe right below and a bottega right across the street. The wifi stopped working during our last 3 days, no idea why... Kitchen is nice and well equipped. Large fridge, dishwasher machine (which was a bit confusing to operate though). Lots of storage space in the cupboards and drawers, very practical. Very nice bathroom. So yes overall good experience.

Appartement bien on était 6 donc je dirai qu une chambre supplémentaire aurai été bien et niveau papier de toilettes 2 rouleaux pour 6 en 2 jours c est limite et dommage qu il y aie que 1 salle de bain car pour 6 c est limite Isolations pas top Si non tout était ok super séjours appartement très joli exactement comme sur les photos c était top!
