I send my 2 daughters for a month vacation at Adam's place. It was a very private place and no interaction with anyone.

The apartment is small, but it was more than enough for me! I've had just two issues: - the internet is weak... I stayed at the apartment for 2 months but I had internet for 5 days... - the neighbors are really loud... they laugh, cry, scream at each other in a language I could not understand at anytime... it doesn't make any difference if it's morning or evening... There's a subway station in 1.5km walk from the apartment, but there's also a bus that goes that way... and it's 2km distance from Vatican Museums... so it's near the Vatican City... Adam was very thoughtful! He cleared all my doubts, made the check in at the best time for me, explained everything and let me free to use everything in the apartment... I totally recommend his place!

A nice studio that was perfect for a short three month stay. The apartment is exactly as described and Adam responds to any questions quickly. The apartment is about 20 minute walk uphill but you can catch either the 913 bus (a 2 block walk from the apartment) or the 990 (right outside the door but less frequent). Nearby are grocery stores, a dry cleaner, and countless cafes/restaurants. Definitely recommend this apartment for anyone looking for an economically friendly studio in Rome!

Livia, a friend of Adam showed me the apartment. He was traveling. At the moment she opened the door I had a "Is this it?, what was I thinking?" moment. When I decided to choose Adams apartment there was another option close to the Gemelli Hospital. Same price, better looking. After googling about the locations I decided that Adams had a better location and location was more important than apartment itself for me. This is a square Studio, with kitchen and bathroom on one side. There are 2 sets of pictures of the same room taken at 2 different times in the history of the Studio. One set has the bed and one set has a sofa. It is either or, but both can not be possible at the same time. And together they give a different idea of how the Studio will look like. I got the bed- set (thanks God). But now I do remember that the sofa picture for some reason tip the balance in favor of Adams Studio. The day after my arrival I did pointed out to Adam the incongruity of the images. This is One month ago. Nothing has changed yet. In hindsight it did workout for me. I was close to the gym (virginactive) Now I would say things that you do not find in (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) about Rome: - It is hard to exercise outdoors. Parks are there to preserve wild nature. They fence them and are not for public usage or access. Cars have the right of way. There is no maintenance for sidewalks and the concept of collecting dog shit is not part of the culture, and there are lots of very healthy dogs. Seems to me that there are no public swimming pools, they just open them when they get the Olympics. - Something that looks close on the map, might not be as close as you think because all that fencing and the geography of the city itself. - Not having used public transportation much, I could just say that the metro seems to be very efficient. Balduina has train station no metro. I had to wait a Friday 9pm-ish 35 minutes for my connection for a distance that would take 20 minutes walking. I decided to walk, but I would not recommend it: I went through areas that are closed for the public after 7pm and nobody was around. Adam says that the studio has parking. It is very, very difficult to find parking anywhere in Rome. People park in ways that you would think is illegal, you need to be a local. I do not recommend driving. Rome is spectacular. The only city in my book that I would say is a must. They do have the touristic areas clean and well kept. I did enjoy my month in Rome.

Adam was a great host and answered a number of questions regarding the apartment and surrounding neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and if we were in Rome again, we would stay at Adam's apartment. The apartment description is accurate except for one issue: 1. The Internet is 3G and your maximum data(download) per month is 2 gigs at 54 mbits a second. So we ended up purchasing 30 gigs for one month for $30 euros from the Tim store. We work online so it was a necessity. Overall, the apartment is in a nice neighborhood and located near the train station which goes to/from the airport. Thanks again, Adam.

Adam and Ginevra were wonderful. They took care of us during all our stay. The flat was the same as the description. Small, practical and in a very good neighborhood. We were at two stations of San Pietro and half an hour of the center of Roma.

Thank you! I spent a very good time in this apartment. Ginevra was very friendly and the flat has everything you need for a stay. It is comfortable, clean and well equipped, a very nice touch to leave me tea and coffee. It is located in a peaceful part of the town, close to the Vatican. I was walking (about 20-30 minutes) or going by bus which stops just in front of the house. I would not hesitate to stay here again!
