This spacious two-bedroom apartment is newly renovated and painted. The large kitchen and living room are ideal for groups, and the two bedrooms are separated by long hallways and the communal area. Located on S 8th Street at the base of the bridge.

The space

This kind of space is hard to find in the hot neighborhood of Williamsburg. When you enter, you walk down a long hallway. To your right is the first bedroom featuring a comfortable full-size bed with closet and window. Next you'll come across the newly renovated kitchen with a table for four plus two stools that can be used at the kitchen counter top. Next you'll enter the HUGE living room with massive sleeper sofa and area for lounging. Two big windows let in lots of natural light. To the right of the living room is a larger bedroom featuring a super comfortable full-size bed with dresser, closet, window, etc.

The house was just okay. However, Peky was so rude and grumpy when I first called him. He hung up the phone and even almost yelled at me during the call. The parking mentioned was also a street parking and the location of the place is in a building. We had to wait until someone buzzed us in but because of the bad communication from Peky (he didn’t even pick up our calls or reply the messages), we waited for 40 mins outside and almost cancelled the reservation until Airbnb reached him out for us. Melina, on the other hand, was wonderful and very helpful during the check in despite the lateness. If you want a decent place to stay and good service from the host, save your time and find somewhere else.

Place is fine. Location is amazing. Manhattan ain’t the only place to check out in NY and was easy to get around Brooklyn from there.

Nice place, very close to subway station (in Brooklyn it's very important to reach Manhattan rapidly). The house is a bit old but everything is ok. The neighborough is very characteristic but quite and safe. Perfect communication with the host even if we never met during our stay.

The air conditionings are very old and noisy. The bathroom door locker was broken, but the owner said he would get it repaired.

Great location! The self chekin is super convenient. The 2 beds and the sofa were comfortable, ac is a bit noisy but does the job. Only used the place to sleep, so I cannot comment on the kitchen, but it is super spacious. Peky was in contact with us throughout the stay. I would definitely recommend.

This apartments was good. Had an issue with the bed sheets that host solved. Host was working when we arrived and he was unreachable for several hours. A good experience at the end, recommended. Don't expect luxury.
